I agree. Totally check the Apple online store inventory in your area and try different model sets to show what is available. Downside if you are using JUMP then it will not work if a phone is available for purchase. I had to buy the phone full price but have 14 days to return if need be.
Legere's office called me. Told me one of them has shipped and will he here on Monday (6+ 64GB SG) and gold one next week. He said its all down to Apple because Apple just sends them phones daily (including weekends) and so it's just a matter of what phones they get and fulfilling peoples orders.
Who's the person helping you? They sound like they're at least actively checking for you. Mine just gives me a canned response, and repeats what I already know from the website.

I apologize, I did not ask him. I was showing relatives around UC Berkeley when he called hah so it caught me off guard. I emailed Legere and two days later I got this call. In fact I'm typing this from my phone right now (traffic). I'll see if I can give a run down of my journey/status one I'm home.

Finally got a text with a tracking number from Tmobile. However, the tracking number doesnt work lmao. Man Tmobile is trolling us hard.
PS: Ordered on the 12th at a Tmobile store 3pm Central time no JUMP here just with installment plan. Got a pending charge yesterday on my Amex.

Hmm.... My wife got her phone yesterday and now she received a text from T-Mobile saying a package has been shipped and it's an entirely new tracking number... Yet UPS doesn't have anything on their site yet for that tracking number. Interesting.. Guess we'll have to give it a bit.
Same here. Got the text which does nothing. Ordered 128gb space grey 6+ at 10pm pdt 9/14. No jump. Just EIP
I'm so annoyed I need to call my bank I still have this pending charge since yesterday on my account idk if they taking the money or to make sure the funds are there. I haven't heard anything the lady I spoke to yesterday said its pending it's been pending for 2 days wth. I'm a new customer my account is suspended and I just received an email about my bill is due with is only a few bucks since the account is suspended. Anyway bill due Oct 6 i wonder if il have the phone by then. This my first iPhone and this whole thing making me say eff it cancel everything and just go to att or something.
But it is a lot better than no tracking number. At least we can now watch on UPS, where we can trust what is happening.

UPS site is slow to update. It sometimes takes a few hours for the updates to appear.

called T-Mobile yesterday to check if order was still ok (robolady said phones were expected to arrive on 9/19 and didn't) and was told everything still looked to be on track.
just received a call from T-Mobile informing me that my iPhone order has been cancelled, and if I was interested (really?!) I could place another order which would effectively put me at the back of the line.
so much for ordering on 9/12 at 06:28 PDT.

Legere's office just called me saying that my phone is on partial back order so I will be receiving it between the 22nd and the 30th. I am on the 2nd batch that is going to be shipped out. I emailed Legere on Thursday and a lady finally called me from the office and explained everything to me. After no text, charge on my card, or updates, this is all I wanted so now I can relax.
Just don't hold your breath. Happy you heard something, but don't count on anything until it's at your door.
