Pretty weird my package was shipped today, UPS only ships Saturday for air packages. That's probably why we don't have tracking, UPS won't move them until Monday.

UPS doesn't ship any packages on Saturday (they do deliver on Saturday). All this means is that T-Mobile created a shipping label. The tracking number gets assigned when the label is created but will not show in the UPS system until it gets scanned by them. Most likely on Monday.
 
Ordered on the 12th and still no charge or pending. I got the 22-30 text Tuesday or Wednesday.

Anyone else not even charged yet? Nothing pulls up on ups and my account HASNT changed from backordered since I preordered.

Nope havent been charged yet, only thing ive gotten is the email that stated i would get an update in 1 to 2 days including when my phone would be shipped
 
What features does the iPhone 6 on T-Mobile have that the 5S doesn't have with respect to the T-Mobile network? Wi-Fi calling is on both? Both are Cat 4 LTE devices? Are both VOLTE capable? I am just curious as I might get the 5S as a replacement (refurb one too) for my defective S5.
 
Why is the account suspended?
Because the lady in store when I tried the first time to pre order suspended it well asked someone she was talking to to do it. and I just left it I'm not paying t-mobile money and don't have a phone to use yet. It will be undo once I receive my phone whenever that is.

According to their site, they do Saturday Pickups.

LOL, this is the worst turn of all.

Get this -- I was told by @tmobilehelp that my order would ship overnight in 4-7 days. Not ideal, but at least it's a bit more info than before.

But THEN, I just got a call from the "Executive Response Team": Now they're saying that my order will ship "within 4 weeks," and also said I had ground shipping until I reminded them that @tmobilehelp said ALL preorders were upgraded to next-day.

They explained that JUMP orders were given priority (because they pay an extra $10/mo), which doesn't explain how other, later-non-JUMP orders for the same phone have already been delivered.

So my phone is apparently creeping backwards toward China, disassembling itself, and returning to the earth.

WTF. :mad:

Ok so I decided to call CS for the first time after recieving the 1-2 text then the your a priority text just to make everything was moving along and she was very nice and said everything was perfect and was pending shipping and was waiting to be shipped out and would be charged when shipped and should see it no later than wednesday so let's hope

A Rep from President of the office just gave me a call. He stressed how sorry T-Mobile is from all the pre order screw ups. As he was looking at my account, he told me over and over my iPhone 6+ will deliver sometime next week. As we all know here at macrumors, he told me everyday, 7 days a week UPS planes are flying in directly from China with thousands of iPhone's. He told me its a matter of time i will receive tracking info. He even credited my account $75.01 that i had pay due to tax. I told him T-Mobile customers are receiving email confirmations that give out shipping info. 1 email that gives a 9/19 delivery date. Another email that gives out a 9/22-9/26 est delivery. Last (the email i got) that gives out no est delivery date but a, we'll let you know whats going on with your pre order in 1 or 2 days. The Rep is well aware of those 3 emails and told me i will still receive my phone next week. The Rep sounded very positive and i do believe him. I told him i'm not mad that i didn't receive my iPhone on Friday, i just wanted to make sure my order will not get canceled and he told me my order will go through just fine.... I just received a text from T-Mobile that i have a credit of $75.01 added to my account. That's cool. Anyways, i will keep refreshing UPS choice, and if i receive any tracking info i will update you guys.

At least your rep told you you'd get yours next week - sounds like your rep had more info and or more influence. Mine just moved my window from 4-7 days to "within 4 weeks." Good luck, hope you get your tracking info asap!

I ordered on the 9/14 at 8:10AM the 6+ 64GB gold. Initially a $1 charge which went away on Thursday the 18th. I got no text, but an email saying receiving date of 9/22-9/30. No JUMP used. The only text I got is thank you for order and shipping soon.
 
Not sure how this happened but....

9/18 walked into a store and preordered a space grey 128gb 6+.
9/19 received email that order has been processed.
9/20 received shipping notification with tracking number.
