A Rep from President of the office just gave me a call. He stressed how sorry T-Mobile is from all the pre order screw ups. As he was looking at my account, he told me over and over my iPhone 6+ will deliver sometime next week. As we all know here at macrumors, he told me everyday, 7 days a week UPS planes are flying in directly from China with thousands of iPhone's. He told me its a matter of time i will receive tracking info. He even credited my account $75.01 that i had pay due to tax. I told him T-Mobile customers are receiving email confirmations that give out shipping info. 1 email that gives a 9/19 delivery date. Another email that gives out a 9/22-9/26 est delivery. Last (the email i got) that gives out no est delivery date but a, we'll let you know whats going on with your pre order in 1 or 2 days. The Rep is well aware of those 3 emails and told me i will still receive my phone next week. The Rep sounded very positive and i do believe him. I told him i'm not mad that i didn't receive my iPhone on Friday, i just wanted to make sure my order will not get canceled and he told me my order will go through just fine.... I just received a text from T-Mobile that i have a credit of $75.01 added to my account. That's cool. Anyways, i will keep refreshing UPS choice, and if i receive any tracking info i will update you guys.

Order date, 9/12 @ 4pm PT using JUMP! online.

I ordered the same exact model as you but I ordered 2. Ordered 9/12/13 @ 4 ET using jump online. I'm awaiting a call or an email from Legere's office. What did you say to get that much info/ also get that rebate?!?
 
At least your rep told you you'd get yours next week - sounds like your rep had more info and or more influence. Mine just moved my window from 4-7 days to "within 4 weeks." Good luck, hope you get your tracking info asap!

From looking at your sig, you placed your order a few hours before me, due to the fact JUMP! was down most of the day. Anyways, I got the 1 to 2 day email like you and a text last night basically letting me know they did not forget about me. I think we will get tracking info sometime in the next few days!

Sound off by quoting this message. How many of you got the 9/22-9/30 text/email, no CC charge(full), nothing from UPS(even track by reference), used JUMP online on the 12th, your myTmobile page says "backordered", and robochick says "your order is being processed, but not yet available for shipping"?

FYI: It has to be exactly like this as we speak sans the type of iPhone. If the above info changes for you, let me know, so I can remove you from sig and congratulate you!

Same thing happened to me I emailed him again attaching my original email and writing even more and received a response within an hour

I told him my wife was mad that i wasn't charged due to upcoming bills. lol. So he gave me the tax credit that i had to pay for. I wish he did the same for my wife's iPhone 6, but hers was delivered yesterday and i didn't even bother asking. I hear some managers are giving out $100 credits. Hopefully you get that instead of $75. I'm not complaining though :)

This is the exact reason I got the iPhone 6Plus, I had a Galaxy S4 and loved the size of it, but being an iOS Developer I felt dirty using Android. Can't wait to get mine, hopefully soon.

How does it feel in your hand, I'm worried that it may feel too big.

To me it feels exactly the same. I will say that after having the 5s, this one feels somewhat heavy. It might be the case.

Got $172 credit, was balance for bill that had just posted. I'd rather have the phone though.

Was a very nice guy though but couldn't tell me much more then the regular CS reps.
 
So out of curiosity I called the store I preordered using Jump! and asked them if it was possible to cancel and redo my order for the 128, and was basically told that once the EIP has been signed I just have to wait it out, although they'll gladly exchange it out for me free of charge. Oh well :p
 
I really wish T-Mobile will fix JUMP! if i were to go into a T-Mobile store knowing my JUMP! order is on back order, The store reps should be able to cancel the order and immediately start a new one.
 
I keep checking ups site nothing I'm also checking my account to see if the pending charge still here or if it was posted to my account *sigh* I guess I should give it a rest and see what happens tomorrow or Monday
 
What features does the iPhone 6 on T-Mobile have that the 5S doesn't have with respect to the T-Mobile network? Wi-Fi calling is on both? Both are Cat 4 LTE devices? Are both VOLTE capable? I am just curious as I might get the 5S as a replacement (refurb one too) for my defective S5.

The WiFi calling on iPhone 5s will NOT hand off from a WiFi Call to the cellular network when you leave the WiFi signal..

The iPhone 6 and 6+ will handoff correctly.

That, and screen size..

I meant only on the network though. I know the screen and OIS are the most noticeable differences. So no point in getting the 5S on T-Mobile if Wi-Fi calling is important to me?
 
Got my tracking number! it doesn't WORK, but I got it! lol

Got it about 6:15pm EST.. almost 2 hours later and still doesn't work on UPS..

No update on T-mo site either.. :eek:
 
My "shipping label created" status updated to origin scan late last night, I'll be getting my phone on Monday. Woke up today to tmobile acknowledging my phone had shipped, glad this whole nightmare is over

depends on if you can put up with it not being able to handoff correctly.. I have the 5s.. WiFi calling works.. just I've lost a few calls when I left home and forgot I was on a WiFi call.. LOL

They just.. stop.... then you get a call failure error.
 
I'm thinking that the "executive response team" is comprised simply of the most patient customer service reps. I'm not mad at them, they must be virtually bulletproof, having to deal with pestering idiots like me.

They just don't have any more power to get things done than a normal rep or manager, I think.
 
Frustrated

Any status on inventory of 16 gb silver/white iPhone 6 pluses? I received the 9/22-9/30 text/email but my card hasn't been charged yet. I ordered at ~04:00 pm EDT on 9/12. My mobile order status page says "Preordered" and robobitch says my order is "processing but not yet ready for shipment". Any idea when I might get it? Is the 9/22-9/30 email accurate? Also, i don't understand why/how people who ordered hours/days after me are getting theirs before me.
