Still no updates since the 1-2 day text on Wednesday. Getting really annoyed. Still showing a pending charge that hit yesterday, so I'm crossing my fingers that maybe something happens to get me delivery Monday or Tuesday.
 
Plus SG 64GB here - I ordered mine on 9/16 at 3:45PM online. I am a Jump customer but I couldn't use my Jump because for some reason the wrong phone is listed as my Jump device.
I've been trying to get t-mobile to fix this (which is why it took me so long to order). They didn't/haven't fixed it so I just said screw it and did a regular upgrade order.

Two hours after ordering I got an email and text saying my expected delivery is 9/25. No charge, no pre-authorization (not even the $1 charge I've seen some people get).

The website says nothing about expected delivery date, never did. Only shows as a pre-order and the time of order.

Robolady still says 9/25 expected delivery.

Just trying to have patience. I'm actually more annoyed that my Jump is messed up and have has zero luck with them fixing it.
It is listing my brother's Lumia 521 rather than my iPhone 5s. I'm the primary line and the only one with Jump. I am not going to trade a phone in that I only owe $80 on vs a phone that I owe $400!

I Jump!ed on the 14th for the same exact one, no auth, no charge. But Robolady only says that it's processed and not ready for shipment. I'm so irked.

At least you have some info. I ordered 9/12 at 7AM PST and I still haven't heard anything outside of the 1-2 day text three days ago.

I won't trust the date they gave me until it is in my hands. I forgot to mention that when I ordered it, next to the picture of the phone it said in red text "1 - 8 weeks for delivery" then when I completed my order it said it was expected to ship between 9/22 and 9/30.

I agree with those that say no one there knows what is going on and orders are seemingly going out randomly.

I imagine that an intern was rushing down a hallway with a stack of papers containing everyone's orders and tripped. The papers flew everywhere. The intern scrambled to pick them all up, stacked them all nicely. But there was no way to get them back in order at that point.

Thus our current situation. That same intern is now inputting each order into the system one by one.

Hmm. Wonder if phone orders are going out before online based on time. Then again...there are some that bought after us and have received theirs or a delivery date.
 
Both my Amex and UPS My Choice are set to notify me as soon as something changes, so of course nothing will. :rolleyes:

Pretty much the same as you here (only without the cc charge, only a preauth that dropped off).

I'm wondering if the charge I saw come through last night isn't just another pre-auth, but I don't know if it showed up as full price for $1 the first time, I didn't check. Robolady did start saying processing but not ready to ship instead of backordered after I saw it yesterday though, so I'm hoping that's a step in the right direction.

Charge preauthorized on my card on 9/19. Received text message from Tmobile today at 6:56pm with tracking number. No tracking information yet, however. Looks like label was just generated.

After all my problems and such, i got the same exact thing today. I'm happy but sad at the same time because like you it isnt showing anything yet just a tracking number....
 
Its so funny how when I "cancel" my order and buy the regular 6, I get a tracking number like an hour after for the SG 64gb plus lol

I was told by an exec office dude who called me that the 9/22-9/30 text was a good thing, least now in our current situation. They're going to be actively filling all those orders next. Least what that guy, Anthony, said this evening. And went on to say they didn't receive a lot of 16GB + of any color to begin with, and it wasn't an even assortment by any means.

Could be full of it but I'm doing the positive thinking, don't care thing now.
