Plus SG 64GB here - I ordered mine on 9/16 at 3:45PM online. I am a Jump customer but I couldn't use my Jump because for some reason the wrong phone is listed as my Jump device.
I've been trying to get t-mobile to fix this (which is why it took me so long to order). They didn't/haven't fixed it so I just said screw it and did a regular upgrade order.
Two hours after ordering I got an email and text saying my expected delivery is 9/25. No charge, no pre-authorization (not even the $1 charge I've seen some people get).
The website says nothing about expected delivery date, never did. Only shows as a pre-order and the time of order.
Robolady still says 9/25 expected delivery.
Just trying to have patience. I'm actually more annoyed that my Jump is messed up and have has zero luck with them fixing it.
It is listing my brother's Lumia 521 rather than my iPhone 5s. I'm the primary line and the only one with Jump. I am not going to trade a phone in that I only owe $80 on vs a phone that I owe $400!
