I was getting that message all day yesterday but it worked fine when I clicked through a different way. Not that figuring that out showed anything different than I had been seeing for a couple days.
 
So this isn't probably what most people without their phones want to hear but it may be used as ammo when calling Customer Service.

9/17 - Ordered 2 phones, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus
9/19 - Card was charged
9/20 - 9:30AM, Receive a text saying the iPhone 6 is being shipped, UPS confirmed it by saying an arrival date of Monday
9/20 - 7PM, Receive a text saying the iPhone 6 Plus is being shipped, no UPS tracking confirmation yet but most likely will arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.

I'm happy that my phones are on the way but I feel for the people who ordered the day of pre-orders and still don't have them.

Basically, I feel stupid for driving an hour to the closest tmobile store to preorder and wasting 3 days obsessing about getting my phone that was promised on launch day.

I've been going to bed the last few nights thinking ooh more planes coming tonight, "Tomorrow could be the day!" Only to hear nothing the whole next day and be disappointed all over again. Hahaha. But I'm still hoping :) good luck!

Did you order online? I ordered a 6+ online just before 6am PST and no word from T-Mobile.
 
Worst Story Yet?

My email to T-Mobile is below. What are the chances of getting some actual help?

I really don't know what to do! On the first day of iPhone orders, I spent 1.5 hours online trying to order with the T-Mobile person in the chat session telling me to keep trying, signed the contract, only to have the system not accept any credit card. (I have the transcript of that chat).

I then called the same day and placed an order (took another 1.0 hours). Order No. XXXXXX. That order then canceled when American Express rejected the charge because of a fraud alert -- Amex says that T-Mobile has lots of fraud so they put a fraud alert on the charge, and rejected the charge even though I approved it within minutes after getting an email from Amex asking to confirm that the charge wasn't fraudulent.

I then learned about the cancellation because of the Amex fraud alert. No one from T-Mobile ever called or did anything.

I then spoke with a very nice manager who placed another order for me, explaining she couldn't reinstate the order, apologizing that I was now at the back of the line for my new iPhones and giving me a $50 credit on each phone (2 64gb iPhone 6's) plus 3 free sim cards (so approximately $130 in credits total -- not enough and not satisfactory considering my time and frustration but I was pleased with her effort and thought that all would be fine. (took another 2.0 hour). Order No. XXXXX.

I have then continued to check on the progress of my order, and it was progressing just fine. Even saying a Sept 22 date for when I would receive my new iPhones. Then when I checked this afternoon, it says that my new order is canceled. WTF? Really? Ang again I heard nothing from T-Mobile.

So I tried to call. And tried again. And again. No luck speaking to anyone. So now I write to you.

This is so unacceptable and frustrating. 4.5 hours plus and counting wasted on this so far and still no iPhones. Everyone else who ordered the first day has or is getting their iPhones.

It's really wrong because T-Mobile keeps advertising for people to buy new iPhones, yet T-Mobile clearly can't handle any new orders, no less the orders they took on the first day.

I would just forget it and stay with ATT or just go buy iPhones at the store, but having gone through such hassles and gotten the credit on Order No. XXXXX I'm determined to see this through.

Please advise ASAP. My phone number is XXXXX. I'm in Los Angeles.

Gold 64gb 6plus. ordered 9/14/14. overnight shipping selected.

card was charged 1 dollar twice. Both charges disappeared.

last I heard from t-mobile I would receive the phone 9/22-9/26.
 
Does anyone want pictures of my 6 plus or would that be too painful? I really hope you guys get your phones soon! Being in the situation that you are, with no info, is so frustrating.
