That's what happened to me, I ended up going to a store and getting it, I called to cancel, and it was done, however, I received a tracking notification, and when I called they said it wasn't canceled lol, so idk.


lol as long as your card wasn't actually charged, then all is good. I'm sure it's gonna be hell to cancel this thing though
 
I'm very tired of this whole process. I ordered at 3:11am on the 12th for a 64gb Space Gray 6+ and have heard nothing at all. The exec rep that I spoke to today knew about as much as regular CS and everyone just keeps saying "you'll get it soon" without and indication of when that is. No one can answere why someone who ordered long after me is getting their phone while mine is flat out missing. I'm so terribly frustrated at this point. Just the absolute worst communication, worst online updates, worst everything I've ever had with a single company. I don't even know what else I can do at this point.


Lol u need to calm down. It's not the end of the world. Foxconn isn't producing enough so apple has a shortage of them. It will come. Have some patience my friend.
 
If you got that text and it wasn't delivered today then wait until Monday. If there's nothing then I'll DM you the number of the Executive branch or what-not so you can phone them up and see if you can get some compensation.

I won't give the number out to anyone right now unless someone really needs it. A bunch of other people are also respecting the 'code' of not giving out emails/numbers unless necessary. You can probably find it online but I don't want to be the cause of a bunch of people phoning up for no cause when the reps can be trying to assist other people who are in dire need of service.

I'll definitely let you know if I don't receive mine on Monday lol.

Mines was charged, it worked out in my favor though, I wanted a 6+, so I'm just going to return this 6, and keep the 6+

I think if you return to T-Mobile, they charge a restocking fee... that's why I'm trying to cancel the order altogether before I have to pay a restocking fee!
 
Sound off by quoting this message. How many of you got the 9/22-9/30 text/email, no CC charge(full), nothing from UPS(even track by reference), used JUMP online on the 12th, your myTmobile page says "backordered", and robochick says "your order is being processed, but not yet available for shipping"?

FYI: It has to be exactly like this as we speak sans the type of iPhone. If the above info changes for you, let me know, so I can remove you from list below and congratulate you!

I ordered 3 iPhone 6+ on 9/16. So far, only the 128GB SG has been shipped as of 9/20. The 64GB Gold and 16GB Silver has not been shipped or charged or any other information about it.

I did not use JUMP. And UPS still does not have the package information but I have a tracking number for the 128GB SG
 
I just want to say I'm not sure if I'm lucky or what. Ordered on the 13th around noon. 64 gig iPhone plus space gray with jump as new customer. Card got charged around the 17th. Got email same day saying it won't ship until Sept 20-30. Went to ups and saw that it's going to be delivered on the 19th and it really did arrived on the 19th!
 
**FYI**

I paid for ground shipping and had a T-Mobile ETA of 9/25. My UPS tracking was just updated and shows Next Day Saver, ETA 9/22.
 
Tracking numbers should be working now, I received mine yesterday and woke up this morning with a delivery date of 9/22 by 11:59 pm or end of day!
 
Just FYI if you received the 9/19 text you and you have not received the device today or on Monday you're in a worse situation than people with the 9/22-30 text/email. Again, DM me on Monday (SG 64GB 6+ arrives then) and I'll see if I can help you out. Granted, I'll be busy then and tomorrow but I still want to see everyone get phones by the end of this week if you got a 9/22 or 9/19 message.

So for those of us that received the 9/22-30 email and our CC have been charged the full amount where do we currently stand?

The very nice CS checked a few places then told me my wait time for the 6+ was 4 to 6 weeks. Not sure what that really means, just was hoping for something better than that. At least I'm not cancelled. :confused:

After calling about 10 times I finally got a tracking # late last night with expected delivery of tomorrow. Paid for ground but getting overnight. Still skeptical and frustrated that no one knows what the hell is going on!

The CSRs have no clue whats going on and thats not their fault t-mobile is doing a piss poor job of keeping them informed. Goto www.ups.com and choose the tracking option at the top of the page. Once on the tracking page go ahead and chose track by reference. Once on the reference page put your ten digit TMO telephone number in for the reference without dashes, choose your country and put in your zip code. You may have a package incoming and not know it. My tracking number went live this morning and i'm expecting delivery 9/22.

Label created and delivery scheduled tomorrow from UPS! :)

T-Mobile came through for me. I got it faster than expected and they should actually beat the 6+ I have coming from Apple by a day, which was ordered 4 hours earlier.

If you just refuse shipment, it will be returned to Tmo and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
