Definitely shipping. I see the label created. I was upgraded to UPS next day air. So it'll probably ship today and deliver tomorrow (fingers crossed).

If it is tomorrow, I'll have my phone then

I did get some interesting information everyone should hear.

So:

1. Why are my orders being cancelled without notice?
Apparently this is due to the system outage from the first Friday. T-mobile had to literally move the information from one server to the next. So anyone who pre-ordered early (i.e. me) and expected a friday delivery was automatically moved to the next available batch

2. Iphone 6+ by the numbers
TMOBILE and Sprint got the least amount of devices in comparison to AT&T and Verizon. I'm not sure if this is due to the way the orders were sized, or the assumption placed by both companies that the iPhone 6+ wouldn't sell that well. Regardless, the first few batches of devices were far less than the other companies

3. Representatives miscommunication
There's a lot of that. Thursday, some representatives across the USA received a memo indicating to start the speech of 4-6 weeks. The "executives" felt that since no information was available, there should be a general message. T-mobile is fully aware we are kvetching about this on the internet and they're getting slammed with these requests. In part, it's due to miscommunication.

I'm not sure if this is going to translate into unCarrier 8.0 though.

4. Credits to account
Depending on the situation, generally CS reps are given the ability to credit the account for any inconveniences. In this case, (IMO) take the credit especially if you fall in point #1 like a lot of us did

That's all the information I could fish out.

Hope this helps

I think if you return to T-Mobile, they charge a restocking fee... that's why I'm trying to cancel the order altogether before I have to pay a restocking fee!

False. Just take delivery to UPS store and refuse shipment. No restocking.

Label created and delivery scheduled tomorrow from UPS! :)

T-Mobile came through for me. I got it faster than expected and they should actually beat the 6+ I have coming from Apple by a day, which was ordered 4 hours earlier.

----------

If you just refuse shipment, it will be returned to Tmo and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
Same here I just checked and saw that the label was created I'm like thank youuuu. I'm sending it to my mom job so I have to tell her to be on the look out lol hopefully it is delivered early so before she leave work she cN just give it to me.

I would be thrilled if my 6+ showed up tomorrow but so far it hasn't moved and I don't think they do squat on Sunday. The decision is coming up do I keep the iPhone 6 or go with the 6+. Anyone have any advise on shipping phones back to T-Mobile other than adding insurance?

Update. I ordered plus 16gb silver on 9/12 using jump. Still back ordered, up to 9/30 delivery. The Executive Office call. Said since it's back ordered with no true ETA, he added a 128gb plus to the order no charge as those were in stock. I said thank you. 128gb shows pre ordered so hopefully get tracking info soon.

WTF? I sent an email yesterday morning asking about being able to do this exact thing, and didn't get a response. Not sure if it's because my order was a JUMP order, but now I'm really pissed.

Still haven't seen any change in my order.

Tracking update

My label was created, still pending updates. Monday might be the lucky day!

Went to the Apple Store yesterdat to check out the new phones and I gotta say, I'm loving the iP6+, feels comfortable, looks great, and after using that, my iPhone 4 feels so small! Glad I chose the plus over the 6!

Good luck to every one still playing the waiting game!

Update to my post and order. Around 1am texts started coming, iPhone 6, 64 gig has been shipped. Then UPS sent an email saying it's bumped to next day air.

I ordered this online 9/17 in the evening. From the start it showed a 9/25 delivery, I never saw the word backorder anywhere. It went to processed on he 19th and now shipped early AM today.

I am a current customer, no jump, just an upgrade from a 4S, which by the way they gave me $200 for which seems crazy.

Anyway I hope everyone gets the phones soon. All I can say from my experience is the date on the initial text seems to be true to form, although it looks like they are shipping everythign next day air.

Hey guys i know it s a little off topic but my package is set to come monday by the end of day. but i work 9-6. so my question is im a UPS my choice member is there a way i can have them hold the package so i can maybe pick it up at the ups branch before work? the banch open at 7am.. i never used my choice before so i have no clue on how to do that and ect.

How do you email John Legere or his executive's team–I think I have had enough and want to get share my experience with them.

More and more I think about it, this kind of feces never happened to me before, TMO, unusually screwed a lot of us... Jump or Not...

So I had to represent... They have to know... I saw a member or 2 from this forum were writing emails to our  beloved Mr. Legere... So, I scribbled a quicky... and one of their 'executive team member' called me soon after and gave me another bill credit. TMO has given me total $285 credit. :D, never asked for it... They just felt immensely sorry for me I guess...

hope more of us 'gets' than 'not', tomorrow~

We did the same. The Mrs and I both have a 5s but after playing with the +, I am thrilled with my choice. I was familiar with the size as I had the note 3 previously. But that size, screen and ecosystem are a great combo

You more than likely got lucky because you ordered a 6 versus a 6+

Can anyone tell me how to do my trade-in? She told us it was noted in the system to price match verizon, but beyond that I got nothing.

I need to sort out if I have to travel to the Tampa area to meet my boyfriend so he can do it in person, or if I can somehow do it.

Thanks!!

So it looks like my first order chronologically was shipped this morning. Iphone 6+ Silver 64gb- Non Jump. EIP. Still shows backordered through t-mobile.
Meanwhile my Jump Iphone 6+ SG 64gb shows backordered. and nothing under references on ups.

This is such a *****how by t-mobile.

My Emil to Mr. Legere this morning, I am sure I won't get a reply, but thought I would share it:

Dr. Mr. Legere,

I switched to T-Mobile a couple of years ago and so happy I did with the great Un-Carrier benefits you have given me. This pre-order is the only bad experience I have ever and with T-Mobile and it's a shame, but it’s getting VERY frustrating.

I got up 12am on the 12th but couldn't get through the website for hours, went to bed for a couple of hours and started again early in the morning as well as trying many times though out the day at work (still with no avail). Finally after I got home from school (around 5PM) I got an order through for a IP6 Plus Space Gray 64GB. Received the text saying I would get an update in 1-2 days, got another text yesterday saying they will tell me when they know more. I did not get a text like everyone else that ordered on the 12th (and even after) saying I would get mine in the 9/22-9/30 group.

The most frustrating part, is I am seeing other who pre-ordered the same model later than me on the 12th or even the weekend and beyond (JUMP/no-JUMP doesn't seem to matter and I am not JUMP) and they are getting it ahead of me. I don't understand why they are not being shipped in the order they were ordered? Because everyone is able to share what and when they ordered on the forums, it is very easy to see that T-Mobile is not honoring the sequence of orders.

So, I decided to call CS and ask for a manager to talk to, and they were both every nice, but they basically said yes--there are orders going out of order, they don't know why, and he'll check back next week if he can do anything (but he might not be able to). I know it's not happening intentionally, but it is happening and I feel like more should be done to make it right than "yeah it's happening" but we still have to basically "wait.”

So for me, it's not waiting my turn in line that's the problem, it's upsetting see others being served ahead of me when the placed there order later (sometimes days later).

I also PM's T-Mobile on Facebook, but no reply. Anyhow, I am writing to let you know that if it doesn’t improve by early next week and T-Mobile can’t be fair in how it's delivering it’s (limited) stock, I am going to switch to Verizon. Yes, you pay more—but it seems they are also better equipped to honor the sequence of orders and at least you know what you are getting. At this point, not one accommodation or bit of help has been offered to me to make this right in any way. So if I switch, I guess I can do the picture on Facebook thing that says, “T-Mobile we are breaking up, it’s not me, it’s you.” So disappointed in how this is handled and the lack of support I have received.

After getting my tracking number from UPS for my SG 64gig 6+, I checked with Tmo online. No change to that status. Then called Robo Lady to see what she had to say. I couldn't believe that she was up to date. She said when it was shipped and provided the tracking number. She didn't know anything before we got our 6 on Friday. Tmo has made some improvements on the communications; but still surprised that the online info is sorely lacking.

I've found I like t-mobile the best when I have absolutely nothing to do with them, beyond paying my prepay bill.

I pay my bill - they have cell towers. Now we are OK and don't have to argue any more :)

So, I was always going to order through Apple. I tried from midnight PDT until about 2:17PDT (4:17 CST) when store.apple.com finally came up for general ordering.

I was at least in the first 5 minutes of anyone ordering the t-mobile phone - except for the sporadic cases of people miraculously getting through a little earlier.

Anyway, so my 16GB Silver iPhone 6 plus was originally estimated for Oct. 1 - 6, and then last Friday looked to have been moved up to this Monday, Sept. 22nd.

Maybe that will still happen, but all that UPS shows is the phone moving from ZhengZhou to Shanghai, and then no updates since. If it doesn't move out of China soon, seems reasonable this might get pushed back to Tuesday.

I understand, that on an absolute basis - that for 2 hours and 17 minutes others got in front of me in the virtual 'line' because they could order through the App Store App - which was not an option for t-mobile customers.

But if there was something set aside for T-mobile - then I was absolutely near the front of the line - having ordered before t-mobiles website went up, having ordered within minutes of apple.com finally going up - very few t-mo customers could have possibly ordered sooner - but I miss launch day...so something isn't adding up - something we aren't being told.

T-mobile managed to miss launch day almost entirely for the 6 plus. All the excuses aren't adding up.

I was in the same boat. I ordered from Apple at 5:30 AM EST and had the Oct. 1-6 est date. I received the shipping notice and my phone is to be delivered on the 23rd. It is still sitting in ZhengZhou. But that is OK, since my 6+ ordered from Tmo is now going to arrive tomorrow.

I remember from previous years when ordering through Apple, that the phones sat in China for a long time and then everything happened the day before. Since your phone is in Shanghai, I bet you get it tomorrow.

Just so everyone knows, UPS is blaming delayed delivery on having a massive amount of iPhone deliveries. Phone box is in my town, delivery was supposed to happen between 9 AM and 1:30 PM, it is currently 7:51 PM and still no delivery. Just so everyone knows, if you have shipping confirmation, don't believe the delivery date...

Mine was delviered 3 hours late and as I was signing for it the UPS guy said shaking his head "You have no idea how many of these damn things I have in my truck."

For those who are still questioning whether or not they can do T-Mobile EIP financing in the Apple Store, here's my receipt that shows that they can, and if they tell you they can't, it's only for two reasons: they are not aware they can do it, or they don't know how to do it.

I used to babysit for my UPS guy.

He hated the times they listed on the MyChoice window. Hated them. They were never indicative of his actual route.

And going into Christmas, he was often never done before 10pm. At least I knew when I would get my package - either meeting him after I picked his DD up from school, or when he picked her up from the house.
