I ordered on the 12th with JUMP , same phone, same message. Have yet to be charged, no shipping notification. Robolady says "processed but not yet available for shipping". You?
Witeboy07, have you checked UPS to see if you have any packages coming? If not you should read my post from alittle after 5 or 6 this morning detailing how todo just that.
I already done that since Thursday. Nothing! No bank charge no text no charge not even any communication!
i ch0ose to pick up mine a the main warehouse thats 2 mile down the street , rather than me waiting all day for them to reach my house do u guys think that was a good idea. i still have time to cancel the will call i just placed on the package using ups my choice. the way i see it the office opens at 9am i can just get it there rather than me waiting till 6 or 7pm to get the package and i wont even be home anyways
I also got a shipping notice with tracking # on 09/20. However it looks like UPS still didn't pick up the package from T-mo. It still says "ready for UPS". I called a Ups rep to see if she saw anything different from the system. She told me that if it wasn't picked up yet it won't be picked up until monday because UPs doesn't pick up on sundays. So I'm not sure how or if this will get here Monday. Does anyone know something or got a different confirmation thag this will arrive monday with the current status. I'm just trying to make arrangement to have someone be able to pick this up and sign for it if it does come monday.
i think so also cause mine has delivery for tomorrow by 3pm using ups next day air
What was the email address again? I got 3 messages all saying Friday delivery and I have no charge, no tracking number, CS reps have no idea, @tmobilehelp is not helping, and I've been waiting for this phone since I switched to tmobile in January because I get no bars in my house and off wifi I only get edge on my 5.

I am assuming that you must have gotten a 16 gig 6. When I was at Costco yesterday, they had plenty and were selling lots of them. Apple knew they would be the most popular.

Preordered 2 phones (both 6+ Space Gray 64gb) morning or 9/12 at around 7am PT. Got my label info yesterday, which had a shipping weight of 2.3 lbs.
Is 2.3 lbs the right weight for 2 phones? I subsequently received an email confirmation that only one phone was shipped.

With the first text message from T-Mobile since 9/12, I've received a tracking number for delivery tomorrow.
What does it say for status on UPS for you? Mine still still "ready for UPS"
Same here. It should say that until late tonight when UPS picks up the package and departs on the flight. I already changed it to Will Call so I can just pick it up in the morning.
Not sure if anyone else is in a similar situation, but I have an order coming in from T-Mobile even though I bought the phone over the weekend from an Apple store lol.
To avoid restocking fees, T-Mobile told me to REFUSE delivery when they show up at my door. Have it sent back to sender.

You're lucky you could find the phone in an Apple store. Mine are all currently out of stock for the last three days. Of course I can walk out with a Verizon or AT&T phone.

There's a lot of us who ordered on 9/12 and are getting ours at the same time.----------
I'm pretty sure T-Mobile has an arrangement with UPS. For example, I'm pretty sure the phones are flying into Louisville from China. Then, T-Mobile is simply sorting through the inventory and shipping it back out.
Basically, it never really leaves UPS since UPS is also helping to move the inventory from China. So, there's no need to do any pickup.
