I ordered the same thing, before you, and used Jump. Why in the Hell have I not received ANY info other than a 22-30 text? Really?
I just looked at my bank activity and it made me remember when I ordered exactly. It was on the 15th. The only thing that worries me now is that my transaction with tmobile was pending now it's completely gone.

I haven't even had a charge on the account, preauthorization or not! This is infuriating. Not at you, but at the complete and utter mismanagement in this entire pre-order situation with T-Mobile.
 
Supposedly people who order on the 12th 8-4 pm est I don't know about other time zones are stuck in some type of computer glitch. Heard it also effecting orders on the 13th and 14th

source?...I hope it's being resolved if thats true.
 

As bad as that may sound, there's no way they can keep feeding us BS forever. I suspect that if by the end of the week something doesn't change, tmo is going to have a much bigger problem on their hands like people leaving etc. I've already cancelled my unlimited data. Next is JUMP. And probably from now on, I'm going to patronize either Google or Apple directly for phones. Obviously tmobile is out to get new customers, but doesn't really give a rip about existing ones and their money. This is one big cock up.

I feel you pain. There obviously is some sort of glitch. Because there is no record of me paying a deposit on my bank account. Yet my tmobile account says I paid 399 dollars. I want to be happy but I know one day I'll look at my account and the 399 will be missing
 
Sigh... Looks like I'll just keep rewatching unboxing videos to fill this void of me not getting to unbox my own...

Sound like a total loser right now, lmfao. Oh well I'm starting to give up on this whole process. Feeling like I should totally just stop paying attention to these forums and stuff and just wait til it shows up on my doorstep and be pleasantly surprised by it
 
If it wasn't for the fact that I can't cancel (once you sign the EIP apparently you can't redo jump) I would just redo my order. I feel like I would at least get it soon. #
 
What the most anyone would pay outside of apple or tmobile? I'm looking at some of eBay and there pretty $$$ but I might just charge it on my credit card and call it a day
 
Hey guys, I been following this thread all the way through since the beginning of pre-order.

I also pre-ordered on the 12th around 6:00 A.M. Central time. I fall in the iphone 6 plus 64gb Space Grey crowd. I have friends that ordered after me, and they already have their tracking no. He has the same config as me, but the white/gold. Is the SG iphone 6+ the reason? I have yet to get a tracking no./ reference no. working. I didn't even get the delivery date txt from 9/22 - 9/30. I'm starting to think my order is lost in limbo. It went from pre-order to back order as well. This has been such a horrible experience to say the least.

The fact that friends ordered after me, and they will be getting their phone before me. It makes me so sad :( Is everyone on the same boat I am ?

I don't have jump; I know Jump has priority over me, but some tmobile stores say If I come in and order; I will be able to get a tracking no. and get it by Tuesday. Do t-mobile stores have priority over as well ??? Everyone is cutting in front of me, all this wasted effort for nothing

I hope yours comes soon. I ordered the 6+ 64gb Space Gray at 6:05AM Central. I'm on mountain time and it was 5:05AM when I signed my EIP agreement email and I have a delivery for tomorrow. So I hope yours is soon.
 
Honestly, this whole Pre-Order has been disastrous. You would think a Pre-Order is to ease you the hassle of a device before or during release weekend. I would've had better luck walking into an apple store or T-Mo store on release.


I agree and what's more mind boggling is no t mobile store near me had the iPhones on Display. People were just taking them without even asking to look at a floor model. They should of had them on display. They had plenty of 4.7 inch models that were 64 GB on hand and I didn't think to bring my phone to trade in and then use my jump. I agree though when you preorder something you should get it first before people who didn't.

What gets me is they wouldn't even allow me to trade in my 5s and use that credit towards placing an order to have it shipped to me. Guy said it has to be in stock in order to do that. The jump program used to be great . You could upgrade twice a year but people complained 6 months was too long to wait so they changed it to the phone has to be paid off half way before you can jump.

Did you not get grandfathered into that one? I still have Jump 1.0, so I don't have to pay half the balance.
 
I don't care how much they assure me I'll be in the 9/22-9/30 group since i got that text-- I don't trust them and I still don't like so many people almost a week after me ordering and getting their **** while I'm lost in the nether.

Agreed. I got $76 for my efforts, but you can bet that I'm going to be pressing for entire bill credit. This is the first time that I have been thoroughly disappointed by Tmobile. It almost feels like they have been in business for less than a year, like some mvno or something, having no clue on how to run things. Pathetic coming from a company that has been around for over 20 years.
 
Ordered on 19th in store, paid $25 for overnight shipping as well, I was also the first person in line at retail store for about 7+ hours. At 8 AM they said they did not have any iPhone 6 Plus(s) in stock.

Don't advertise saying it'll be in stores if you're not gonna carry any...

Now it's the 22nd, order status says processing, how sad. I'm guessing I will receive my phone when the iPhone 7 comes out.
 
Ordered my 6+ SP 64gb on 9/12 at 1:17p cst and still have not received a charged or shipping notification. Just the 9/22-9/30 message. It seems like people who ordered the same phone after me are already getting their shipping notifications, but I haven't heard anything.

Anyone else in this same boat?

Exactly the same boat here, except I ordered at 2pm that day.
 
For those waiting for your iPhone 6+...I've been told by a person named Claudia who has been fixing my order which was canceled by accident that works in the executive office and is in the highest part of T-Mobile...that iPhone 6+ shipments are not being received for at least 2 weeks....
