For those waiting for your iPhone 6+...I've been told by a person named Claudia who has been fixing my order which was canceled by accident that works in the executive office and is in the highest part of T-Mobile...that iPhone 6+ shipments are not being received for at least 2 weeks....

Yeah I call bs on that. The execs office called me yesterday afternoon and told me that I should get mine this week. We have been fed all sorts of bs by the reps. Pretty much disregard anything they say. The 6 Plus is being cranked out day and night. And many are reaching US shores daily. Not as much as the 6, but many still. Once dawn breaks, you will see people continue to post tracking numbers.

I was given a $200 credit

You can call BS, but this person has been 100% legit with me, has refunded me $200, waived all taxes and shipping charges...no reason to lie to me

she may be referring to the new shipments of the iPhone 6+ after the first few preorder days. E.g any customer that orders the 6+ say last wednesday or thursday are potentially in for a very long waiting time

Your upset, so as a sign of good customer service, they refunded you your bill. That doesn't take away from the fact that they have no clue whats going on. You weren't the only who got the call from the "execs office". Myself and many before me got called by "Claudia" and a male. We were told that we are getting our stuff this week. A few others were told that they would have to wait up to 6 weeks. And now you. They are elevated customer service reps. They can issue credits and such, but they have no clue as to who is going to get what when. Do yourself a favor and read back the last 100 or so pages. You'll see reps saying one thing, but phones still got sent out to the surprise of many. And yes they have no reason to lie, because they don't know the truth anyways.

Not true. A frien switched to T last Thursday and ordered a 128GB plus and got a tracking number on Saturday for delivery today.
 
Can someone forward me the executive email name or John legeres email? I ordered on the 12th at 8 am 3 regular iPhone 6's and I'm pretty sure my phone order is stuck on a glitch. I'm a new customer and its pissing me off.

So? Just because someone has a number and extension, that doesn't automatically qualify them as part of some exec team. It's all a ploy to save face. I'm not trying to start anything here, but we have been fed a year's worth of bs from just about everyone including John Legere himself. Nobody clearly knows whats going on. We are hearing the same version just spun differently about how supplies are low, first come first serve, some people got lucky and got theirs, bla bla bla. It's just exhausting at this point.
 
Someone from the executive team just called me, and apologized, and informed me that the plus 64gb (sg) I preordered using jump on the 12th, is back ordered at 6-8 weeks. He offered me a credit to my account. He was very nice, but it didn't make it sting any less to hear 6-8 weeks! Especially when some who ordered after I did already received the device. I was also in the text and email 9/22- 9/30 camp! ��

Seems like he just regurgitated what the regular CS reps have been saying. I would take that with a grain of salt and expect some kind of update this week.

I got my call back after emailing Legere tonight. All orders placed up until the 19th have been automatically bumped to overnight. I'm still irked but after all is said and done I got a straight answer. This has just been one bizarre situation.

I'd be stunned if it was really 6-8 weeks out. I think they're just managing expectations at this point, having learned their lesson that they should under-promise and over-deliver. Weird thing is that there are now what seem to be three groups (oversimplifying, since model/color/capacity matter):

1) Next week
2) up to 4 weeks
3) 6-8 weeks

Not much. We spoke mostly about my order f'up. It was a cordial conversation. They are getting phones from Apple daily. It's a matter of fulfilling orders right now once they get the inventory.

According to the lady that called me from the office. My phone is on partial back order so I should receive it this week. I hope so because seeing everyone else with their iPhone 6's is starting to upset me.

She said that means that there were batches that got sent out. So if you didn't receive it on the first batch that went out, when the second batch goes out, which I'm guessing is the 22nd-30th, you should get it. As in it's not fully back ordered for people who ordered them late.

I've been lurking for a while now so I'll throw in my info. Ordered Sep 12 at around 5 pm central time. I ordered iPhone 6 gold 64gb for my lady and 6 plus 64gb space gray for myself. Got the 9/22-9/30 text. Received the 6 Friday with no warning from tmobile. Woke up to a text from UPS saying it was on the way. 6 plus has said backordered from the day I placed the order. TMobile executive called yesterday and apologized for all the confusion. She said they are receiving shipments all the time and that they are working 24 hours a day. She went on to say I was apart of the 9/22-9/30 group and that I should have my phone either Monday or Tuesday.

So ShaunMichael80, I took the liberty of doing something you clearly haven't done. I pulled a few quotes over the last 24 hours including yours. See for yourself. Do they all match? Thought so. :eek:
 
Lol at the end of the day if we are still on the thread is cuz we don't have our phones! Honestly nobody knows when we are getting our phones right now. And we're all ****ed! Well not really the people with the 9/22-9/30 text. I got the ******** 1-2 days text and Claudia hasn't called me and Legere doesn't give a damn. Lol so we are screwed.
 
I have a 6 Plus on a UPS truck for delivery right now.. and I have to refuse it and get it back to them asap.

I woke up to a email saying my payment was processed yet I check n the money still in my account then I checked ups same as yesterday the label was created so Idk where my package is but its suppose to come today smh
 
Getting delivery of a 6Plus 64GB Silver today. Ordered 7Pm Cst on the 12th. About time! Lol I just hope I receive it today as it just says ready for ups but it's in their Louisville center so maybe they'll move heaven and earth to get it to my house haha.
