Lmfao!!! Well! Instead of progressing looks like things are just getting worse. Went from :

Order Status: Pre-Order to Order Status: Backordered!

Tmobile is incompetent!!!

A different carrier is more like it - I would of just bought the phone outright from them (and their exec team said they'd even waive the 40 day requirement before unlocking it) , however the phone won't be billed until 10/27 and would remain locked until then.
 
When and how did you receive notification from UPS?


Got an email from tmobile saying it shipped with delivery date of 9/22 got a text and my tmobile says shipped. I checked the ups website with tracking number and It shows up. I couldn't check by my phone number since the router kicked in before the phones label did.

I made the mistake of canceling my pre-order, and after the order hadn't disappeared from my account for two days I called to have the cancellation undone.

Apparently you can't cancel a cancellation, even though the department that cancels orders isn't open on the weekends. And the department is "offline", meaning they can only be contacted through the cancellation form.

Not very smart, T-Mobile.

They didn't offer me anything, I don't think it would have mattered. I'm over them.

I tried to cancel the order 4 times last week, spoke to an exec team person Saturday morning and about a half hour later got a shipping notification..

Then yesterday I got 5 emails from TMobile AIR that my order could not be cancelled..

The exec team said they'd put in a request for the package to be intercepted and returned to sender and I actually see that in the tracking history but it's currently on a UPS truck for delivery to me today.
 
Spoke to a csr, once I mention the words going to another carrier I was transfer to the loyalty department and was offer 25 lol I turned it down and told them I'm 50/50 lok
That's a slap in the face 25 dollars lmfao for wasting hours upon hours

Also, I did notice the "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" event was on 9/20 at 5:15am, but I didn't get any notification until the next day. It's possible there's been movement, but the tracking info hasn't updated.

Same here! It's "ready for ups" but sitting in Louisville._.

The driver will probably see the intercept when he scans it while in front of your house.

Is there a router thread somewhere? Has everyone that ordered gotten tracking for that? We ordered Wednesday I think. Somewhere I saw that order pop up, but not at ups.

Just curious really when that might arrive. I can't use the phone as a phone yet, but I'm bouncing between 1-4 bars in my bedroom service wise. I'm assuming until it is active it isn't trying to use wifi....
 
It doesn't look like there's any way to reach the processing center where I'm picking it up. No luck yet.

I called the 1800 number and the lady said that Tmo hasn't given the package to UPS yet. My label also says it was ready for UPS on the 20th at 5am.
 
Just got a text that said thanks for your device upgrade. So I thought maybe it's about to be shipped off. Checked ups...nothing. Checked T-Mobile.......Stills says backordered. Checked Chase........Not charged. WTH is going on!!!! :(:(

You can call BS, but this person has been 100% legit with me, has refunded me $200, waived all taxes and shipping charges...no reason to lie to me

Yeah I got a call from the executive office as well. She assured me if I got the 22-30 text I will have the phone in that window, they hope for the earlier part of it, but it is what it is. I was only refunded $25 so.

I see the posts complaining about only having a shipping label and I'm thinking I would LOVE to see a shipping label! Charges falling off the account? Yes please! Anything would be better than nothing!
 
It could also take a bit for the tracking info to update. We might have movement

But probably not :D

My guess is we'll get them tomorrow. I'm not buying the idea that UPS updates would be this slow. With my past experiences, updates are plentiful and only an hour or so late when the package is moving within their system.

I'm rejoicing that I have a shipping label. I was in your boat as of Sunday morning. I don't care when I get my phones now - at least I know there's progress with the shipping label.
