T-Mobile.com preorder thread

UPS = idiots.

Scheduled a pickup at my local UPS hub last night. Received confirmation that it was available for pickup this morning. Just checked status for the hell of it and now it's out for delivery. My UPS guy never gets here until 6 or 7 at night. SMH.

I guess this whole iPhone 6 preorder thing is just gonna be botched all the way up until I have it in my hands. Swear to god if I get a defective unit I'm gonna freak lol.
 
Mine went back to saying Backordered today as well. It had changed to Pre-Order for quite awhile. I'm now less confident in the call I received yesterday from the Executive Office that confirmed 9/22 - 9/30 :(

I am in the 09/22-09/30 boat as well, it seems that all of the pending ones are 6+ 16gb either silver or gold. Is there a pattern there?
 
I've been following this thread for a few days, so I am posting my experience in case it helps others.

I pre-ordered a iPhone 6 Plus 64GB (Space Gray) on T-Mobile's website at 9/18 at 9:43 AM CST. Did not use JUMP. Purchased the new iPhone with EIP with UPS Next Day Air. Received a pending authorization charge on my card on 9/19. I received a tracking number from T-Mobile on 9/21. Checked with UPS, but it has not yet been delivered to a UPS facility. The status on my T-Mobile account is set to "Shipped".
 
Same here ordered 6 + 16 gold on 9/13 11AM. shows back order. new customer here. not looking good for tmobile.

Hoping for any type of ETA.

Did the whole twitter deal, sent DM with my info and received call from "T MOBILE EXEC" he said I was in the priority with there next shipments. Once they get some more phones they would get them out. I should expect the phone between 9/22-9/30......smh
 
I am a lurker of this thread and decided to make my first post:

Me:

Pre-order on 9/12 with confirmation email of signed EIP on 9/12 at 05:47am.

I ordered Iphone 6+, 16g, SG, non jump.

I have received the "Processing Order" text
received the "back ordered" text.
received the "Thank you for your upgrade" text
received the "1-2 day delivery timing" text
another "thank you for upgrade" text?????
received the importance of iphone and prioritized, will be updated with new info as they receive inventory.

I have not been charged and selected regular ground delivery option upon completion of order.

If I left out any details, I apologize.

I am really getting frustrated with this whole process, as with most people here i'm sure. I have kept my contact with T-mobile to a bare minimum, due to strange cancelled orders, and confusion of non-informed CS reps. I do hope this week will shed light on our situations, and each of us will receive the information and/or products we are expecting. Good luck to us all!!! Cheers

Not really. After calling CSR 3 times and receiving 3 seperate answers, I emailed the executive offices. I received a call back yesterday stating my order was on partial back order, meaning they had the phone, it just hasn't been tagged for shipping yet.

There's a pretty big list of members (myself included) in the 9/22-9/30 boat waiting for the space grey 64gb 6+... Ugh I guess if we are on here we are iphone less. :(
 
Nothing here as of yet except for the standard 6 week wait response. UPS I think is the only one that we can rely on for updates.
 
Lol soooooo! From what I can see everyone so far who ordered a 16gb went from preordered to backordered! I have a feeling that means we are royally ****ed! Lol we might be in it for the long haul!
 
I want to call them so bad to see what's going on but I'm going to wait till I get off of work at 5 to see if anything changes
