By the way, I just called my local UPS processing center since I have a package on will call.



It looks like for many of us with Saturday at 5am "Ready for UPS", T-Mobile hasn't even given the package to UPS yet. When I called, UPS didn't have it available for pickup - so hopefully T-Mobile hands it off to UPS today and the packages come tomorrow.


You kidding me? Man I thought I was gonna get it today :(

If robolady, tmobile, and the email said its coming today but the ups website says ready for ups what are the chances I get it today? Pretty slim, no? :(

The only person that really knows when you'll get it after all this is the UPS man walking up to your house.
 
UPS still is saying only label created but still says 9/22 delivery....once again, I go to bed with a false hope because t-mobile has still not give them the iPhone. This seems like it will never end. Very frustrating.

iPhone 6+ 64gb, space grey, ordered 12th at 6pm, backordered 13th at 3am, label created 20th at 5am.

All 3 of those told me I'd have my phone Friday, in addition to that UPS had a scheduled delivery for 9/19 and customer care told me I'd have it Friday. My phone is out for delivery today. Maybe it depends on your geography though. There's 2 hops my package had to go through to get on a truck for delivery for me.

If there is no "Out For Delivery" scan, it is EXTREMELY unlikely it will get delivered.

It's sometimes possible that a preloaded container with your phone may have been transported from T-Mobile to your city (eg: if you live in Manhattan, T-Mobile may have sent a pallet as one unit to manhattan to get broken up by UPS there and delivered), with essentially no tracking until the day of delivery, but even then, there should still be 'Out For Delivery'.

Order was officially placed 9/13 at 8:30PM EST (but I ran into one failure after another starting at 9/12 at 3:01AM with broken website, 8AM with T-Mobile.com corrupting my order, phone people informing me that they couldn't fix it, going to a store, waiting for hours, etc etc) -- and the store put in my story in the order notes, so it's POSSIBLE that my order was expedited because of this.

UPS track by reference found the tracking number on friday night, Robolady noticed it Saturday morning, and it is on a vehicle for delivery today. It was shipped UPS Next Day Air Saver -- which I paid for at the time of ordering it (but requested a credit later on due to the lack of information through the week).

I live in south Texas so I'm not sure how many hops it would be.

I should ask for credit then since I paid for overnight shipping and they haven't given me any info
 
I haven't gotten any emails or calls back after emailing John Legere and no credit offers, no nothing. I guess my measly 16gb+ isn't as important.

I want to cancel service to show them how unhappy I am, but I need the free international texting and data. :confused:
