So... chances I get an update tomorrow with at least an "IN TRANSIT" notification? This is stressing me out... it's like no one knows where my phone is (just a regular 6 gold 16gb, so not like I'm dealing with the Plus backorder stuff)

I emailed the executive team and got a response back from two members. Here are some excepts from the e-mails they sent me:




We were able to provide priority to some of the Jump! pre-orders that were processed, however this was limited due to quantities that we received from Apple.

Thank you for being part of JUMP! program and you are correct, we did prioritize JUMP! preorders for the first part of the inventory we received from Apple.




It appears as if not everyone who JUMPed got priority over the weekend.... THAT'S CERTAINLY NOT WHAT THEY SAID ON THEIR ADVERT. Didn't they say that ALL preorders would be prioritized?! Ugh.....



I also had someone from the response team call me - we are currently playing phone tag. I'll update with more info as soon as I'm able to speak with her.
 
I ordered my iPhone 6+ silver 16 gb on 9/19 in my local store with Jump! and haven't heard jack crap from Tmo.. I'm so lost (first time getting an iPhone lol). What's your best guess when I'll get my beloved device? Thanks and good luck to yall
 
Business account preorder was shipped today

We are moving our small business account to T-Mobile from Sprint, with four of those lines getting 16GB iPhone 6 (some silver, some gray) via EIP. After I contacted T-Mobile Business Sales via their website, a nice T-Mobile rep. came to our office on Sept 12th, the pre-order launch day, and got all the information he needed to open our account. He worked out all the incentives, ETF, trade-in, and every other detail we needed. He was very professional and efficient.

Although he said he put us in the queue for iPhone 6 that same night (ie roughly 24 hours after the Apple pre-orders started), the official order confirmation and EIP contract were created only on the afternoon of Wednesday, Sept 17th. Nonetheless, we got an email this evening with a UPS tracking number showing delivery tomorrow, Tue, Sept 23rd.

Perhaps our quick delivery is evidence that the 16gb iPhone 6 are not in that much of a short supply. Hopefully those of you anxiously waiting will get yours soon.

Also, if anyone with multiple lines is looking for a T-Mobile rep in the south bay or peninsula of SF Bay Area, feel free to send me a PM and I'll send you our rep's contact info. He told me that he would appreciate referrals.

according to the good and knowledgeable tmo reps.. after thanksgiving but definitely before christmas .. lol

i would say in 4-6 weeks based on all the bs answers we've gotten

Did u get the 6 or 6 plus? Bc the problem isn't with the 6 it's with the 6 plus

Mine just updated to in transit within the last 10 mins!!!

Origin scan at 12:06 AM. Delivery for Tuesday the 23rd! 6+ 64GB SG.
 
Right when I was about to hit the sack you say this now I'm just going to keep refreshing lol when did you get your tracking number?

Sunday morning was when MyChoice updated. I didn't get the Tmo notification until yesterday.
