My phone is on the truck for delivery. UPS either gets here at 11ish or after 4, never had one in-between. I can't leave this forum yet, I'm sure something will happen to the dang phone, before I get it.

My CC was finally charged today. Just to add an additional element of stress to this process, My CC co. decided I needed a new card and account #, on 9/12, after I already ordered. I've been so afraid the charge wouldn't go through, or the old acct.# would expire before the phone shipped and charged.

yup ups just pulled a tmobile on my order im so mad about this!
 
I didn't get the 9/22-9/30 Text message... i don't think I'm gonna be receiving any news anytime soon! If people who ordered after me are getting theirs then its worth a shot to order a second one on another line. it won't hurt to see which one comes in first.
 
hi all, i've followed everyone else's misery for this long so i figured i share my experience in between my obsessive f5'ing.

I ordered online jump on 9/12 at about 1pm, i managed to get my jump order in first and then spent another 30 minutes or so trying to get my wifes jump order through. 6+ 64gb SG for me and 6+64gb G for her. I got the 9/22-9/30 text and she got the Friday delivery text :confused: she actually got her phone on friday and i'm still in the dark. no charge to the CC for my phone, no updates on my tmo page, ups wont pull up anything by reference(her phone number in reference worked and showed her tracking and delivery)

im scared guys :(
 
see my previous post. i got my LG G3 on launch day.. that was 2months ago right? i can see my account is eligible for JUMP and they are paying my G3 for $548 :D

Yeah, I used JUMP to pre-order the iPhone because I still owed $425 on my 5s and T-Mobile was going to pay it off. But, this pre-order is tying up my JUMP eligibility for this line.

I haven't gotten anything since a text last Thursday saying, we're overnighting your phone so you have it on launch day. And my closest Apple store is an hour away so even if there was a miracle and a plus was available, it would be inconvenient to go get it. I wonder if my son got a text saying thanks for upgrading to a iPhone 6+! Haha, I used his line for the second order.
 
I feel like anyone who ordered on the 12 and 13th are lucky to get phones. With all the computer issues, most probably did not go through correctly. That is most likely the reason my order was cancelled. Since I ordered on the 19th I have received emails and this morning a tracking number, albeit from UPS and not T-Mobile.

My friend who ordered a plus on the 18th already has the phone in hand.

If you ordered that weekend and still don't have anything you might be better off canceling and re-ordering. Definitely reach out to Legere and the exec team.
 
Quick note: My T-Mobile 6 Plus, with the new lte bands, is amazing. It's the first iPhone I've had that was made to work with t mobile. I had my att 5 unlocked and used that with t-mobile, and could get lte anywhere but In buildings. Now, in building where I previously had EGDE, I now have full bars of 4G
 
Idk how many of you were here yesterday when I said that my pre-order got cancelled and how they didn't know why. I emailed John Legere and he emailed me back and said he was gonna talk with management. Well the executive called me today and I got another phone ordered. She credited my account 100 dollars, gave me free overnight shipping, and when I get my phone, they will be taking the charges off of my card. So now my status on my phone says pending shipment
 
Btw, when I spoke with someone from the "executive team", he did say it didn't appear that I used jump, because my phone appears to be still eligible on the website. He said it shouldn't appear that way. I assured
him I did use jump, and as he looked further he agreed that my order number was a jump order number, but kept mentioning that it was odd that my phone was still qualified for jump. So I'm wondering how many of us left that used jump, has their current device still saying "eligible" on the website? Maybe this is why we feel through the cracks? Just a random thought...

I was wondering that as well I didn't think to ask cause my line is still eligible for Jump as well

I feel you brother. I mean they at least should have taken care of us 9/12 first =(

At least whenever I see that someone who ordered on 9/12 get one I feel happy, gives me some hope that I'll be next. But I haven't gotten a damn thing from t-mobile, no updates nada.

I placed my second order 30 minutes ago and already it's different from my first. The first order never had an alert on the right side about a new order and it doesn't show up in my activity and alerts section, even now. The second order popped up right away. I think you're right about the orders not going through correctly.
 
My story so far...

Models ordered: iPhone 6 64 GB Space Grey (2), iPhone 6+ 64GB Space Grey (1)
TIme ordered: Saturday 9/13
Status: Both iPhone 6's were delivered 9/20, still waiting for 6+
Card charged: Yes for iPhone 6's, No for iPhone 6+

So I did the same deal, got up on 9/12 and spent all night trying to order. No luck, and still no luck later that day. Finally got the online orders to go in on 9/13 around midday. Got the same useless texts that just confused everyone. No update until I saw that my card was charged for the two iPhone 6's on 9/18. Then got an email from UPS saying Next Day Delivery (which I didn't order so they must have upgraded me). The two iPhone 6's arrived on 9/20, much to my surprise. Of course neither of them were mine but my wife and daughter were happy.

Now I'm still waiting on the iPhone 6+. My order status went from Backordered, to Pre-Order, now back to Backordered. To make matters worse, I got an email from UPS saying my order was shipping next day air and would arrive on 9/22, so I did the happy dance. On the morning of 9/22, I got another email from UPS saying they could not deliver my order and would have an estimated delivery date once the shipment arrived at their facility. So now I have no idea when my phone will arrive, its been a bit of a roller coaster ride with this process.

Has anyone else had the experience of being told that the phone had shipped (including a tracking number) to then be told the next day that it wasn't?
 
My source code shows no estimated delivery date. I think I will just cancel and go to ATT or VZ. Yes tmobile is cheaper but you get what you pay for.

That depends, I was surprised to find that one site found the cheapest deal was actually on contract with Verizon.

I checked it out, if you count total price of phone + monthly payment - it did work out to slightly cheaper than t-mobile, but I don't think it had mobile hotspot included.

With that, the t-mobile plan is slightly cheaper, but not by much.

I paid the full $749 for the phone, and my monthly bill will now be $45. ((45*24)+749 = $1829

But on verizon, I would pay $299 and my monthly bill would be $60 ((60*24) + 299) = $1739.

That particular plan on Verizon is well hidden - but they do have it.
But like I said, because I do want to share my data via mobile hotspot...I decided to stay with t-mo. Verizon does have better coverage though, so its a toss up.

I'm not counting the value of free financing because t-mo would have done that too, I just didn't take up the offer, so I could order directly from Apple.

Which may or may not be wise - but still crossing my fingers for a delivery today.
 
decided to email Legere- lets see what i get first, tracking number or a reply from someone in his office
 
Well, my initial router order's tracking number flat out disappeared, so I'm down to one router, still nothing on the phone at all.

The router still shows as being scheduled for delivery today, but it doesn't even have a pickup/origin scan. Looks like they can't even handle this order right.
 
For those of you placing a 2nd order, the 64 SG Pluses are still selling for over $1300 on eBay, other colors and configs less. I'm amazed at the number that sold for $3000-9000 on Friday and Saturday. Who are these people that pay that?

That is exactly what happened to me. Exact same phones and everything.
