LMAO I just talked to a supervisor over chat and told her i would pay my phone bill 6 weeks late this upcoming month because i was guaranteed a phone on the 19th and didn't get it. so they won't get their payment when i guaranteed them they would get it! she was like no... lets find a way to resolve this and i just X'd it out! Im so frustrated with this whole thing!
No, when I go back into my account, it tells me that I am now ineligible for JUMP. I would have to get them to cancel my order to get the JUMP back, but I'm trying to wait it out. I have another line I can upgrade or I can just add a line to place another order (I only have 3 lines on my account and can add up to 6 more).

Yeah, but normally they at least do some type of pre-authorization, whether it's $1 or the full amount. That was never done.
I spoke to someone from exec and they said that's what they're doing so incase something happens with the order, your card was never charged.They wait for the delivered notification or whatever from UPS before charging it.

Idk, maybe find out if you can apply JUMP to the second order if you end up canceling the first because the second order arrived first? You would think that could be sorted out if you end up canceling the first order.
