If you used JUMP, can you do it again? I didn't JUMP for either order.

No, when I go back into my account, it tells me that I am now ineligible for JUMP. I would have to get them to cancel my order to get the JUMP back, but I'm trying to wait it out. I have another line I can upgrade or I can just add a line to place another order (I have 4 lines on my account and can add up to 6 more).

Yeah, but normally they at least do some type of pre-authorization, whether it's $1 or the full amount. That was never done.
 
LMAO I just talked to a supervisor over chat and told her i would pay my phone bill 6 weeks late this upcoming month because i was guaranteed a phone on the 19th and didn't get it. so they won't get their payment when i guaranteed them they would get it! she was like no... lets find a way to resolve this and i just X'd it out! Im so frustrated with this whole thing!

im tempted to chat with them and tell them the same thing just for ***** and giggles .. they spammed us now lets spam them

I spoke to someone from exec and they said that's what they're doing so incase something happens with the order, your card was never charged.They wait for the delivered notification or whatever from UPS before charging it.
 
Wifes 6 silver 16 gb arrived yesterday.

My tracking came through yesterday and says out for delivery today. Another 16gb silver 6.

Hm, ok, we'll go with that for now. But, I'm going to give this until maybe tomorrow before trying another order (unless one of the other guys gets a shipping notification with their new orders, then I'm ordering immediately, lol).

Idk, maybe find out if you can apply JUMP to the second order if you end up canceling the first because the second order arrived first? You would think that could be sorted out if you end up canceling the first order.
 
I never saw a pre-auth until Thursday, which dropped off after 2 days. My phone is out for delivery and my card was just charged today.

That may be too much work for them to get done properly, especially since the 2nd order would be placed for a different line. I shudder to think what they would do to my account at that point.
 
checked my chase account for any pending charges and i see i have one!!

Ugh how my phone been on the truck since 12 midnight it's already 12pm wth where my phone smfh. Ups employees have 12 hr shifts? Wth ugh lol
 
UPS just informed me, I just got bumped to Wednesday delivery.

First estimate was Monday, bumped to Tuesday. Now Tuesday has bumped to Wednesday.

The phone is in Louisville, so it gets ever closer, but I have another day to wait.

Ordered on 9/12, confirmation e-mail 4:17am CST. From apple.com, for iPhone 6 plus 16GB Silver, t-mobile contract free.
 
I can't check my status here, but I have an order that starts with S000

For those that can't check it that way. When you login, click on the phone tab, then click on order status and it will work. and if it starts with s, you don't have to put it in.
