Another day with nothing new. I happened to be in the mall and popped into tmobile to check my status since when I call in they always have trouble because I ordered in store.

The girl was very nice and did some checking and looked into the memos on my account and from the exec member I spoke to and it said that I am garunteed delivery by 9/30. Seemed promising but I dont know what they could do for me if it isn't here by then.

Just gonna say, it sucks when you go onto YouTube to get an iPhone video fix only to find countless "drop tests." Including one where a dude just throws one into some water to see what would happen.

Spoiler alert, it stops working.

So I'm wondering if orders placed that first preorder weekend are messed up because whatever system they're using for shipping is not perfectly synced with the order system. Their order system crashed and they transferred orders, some got through unscathed but everyone who is waiting still has an order that didn't make it intact to their shipping system. Phones come in, and when they get processed it does go to the first person in line, but the broken orders are not in the line. This combined with the fact that there is a serious shortage of phones, is why there are so many who ordered the first weekend are still waiting when people who place orders later are getting phones.

I have no idea how it works and I have absolutely no experience in anything like this. Just bored and thinking out loud

@sparkeze makes sense to me. With all of the issues they were having with us day one it only makes sense that this deal about orders shipping out of order is because we broke their systems.

Sounds like I was one of the lucky ones. My order for a 64gb sg 6+, which I made around 4 AM Friday morning, didn't arrive on the 19th, but it did arrive yesterday and T-Mobile upgraded my shipping to expedited for free (and had already credited me back the shipping charges for regular shipping). I wasn't home when the UPS guy got there, but apparently Tmo didn't require a signature, and he left the phone on my doorstep. Thankfully it wasn't obviously marked as a phone so no one thought to steal it.

To everyone still having problems, best of luck. Hopefully T-Mobile learns from this debacle and upgrades their systems by this time next year. And I also hope Apple begins to offer EIP and Jump upgrades on their website as well.

Exactly. You would think I ordered a damn mythical creature or am hunting the loch ness monster trying to get this phone. I'd just like a concrete date that they will honor, even if its the 30th, that's cool just be true to your word. Every time I believe a rep, 2 days later of hearing nothing and being patient I see all sorts of conflicting messages or people continuously getting them before me--so I gotta call them up and then they act like this was the news all along... when its not.

I got a helpful response from T-Mo's Twitter... And by helpful, I mean like using a sopping wet towel to dry off helpful.

So there is a group of people who are being promised "by 9/30" by ERT and another group being told "up to six weeks?" Ugh.

Looks like they neutered tmobilehelp. They were the ones that told me 4-7d, only to be contradicted by ERT.

I ordered four iphone 6+ on 9/19 and got a pending charged right away to my account... Until now it still say being processed.. estimated Delivery says 9/26-9/29... Im not sure if this is accurate...

What memory size and color 6+?

check the Apple Store web site . It's a lot cheaper then the actual TMoble store

Silver / 64gb $849.00+ tax

You play with the phone for about 2 days and the excitement wears off. I think I am going to get a note 4 too then decide which to keep.

I forgot to mention with the exec call today, that the lady also said that I should be seeing a change this week. Jump customers will be getting priority, but didn't seem to realize that I used jump. I basically just rolled my eyes and said "ok, thank you."

Still no update, but did get a call from the "executive" team this evening. Got all the apologies, a credit of this month's bill, and the semi-promise of I should have my phone by Sept. 30, but be prepared that it could take up to 6 weeks. Ecstatic about the credit, but would have loved the phone.

Lol, I think if you get a case for your phone it should be good. Haven't heard anyone with cases have issues with bending.

I agree.. I'm having a case on mine since day one! and i almost always have my phone in hand anyway.

Mine went from "pre order" to "processing order" yesterday and now has been for over 24 hours, anybody know what this means?
