Just explain what you've experienced. They will refer to the email when they contact you so don't put anything in there that's untrue.

If I can see my order online and some CSR and robolady can see it too then Does that mean that my order is fine? I order online on Sept 12 @ 11am via JUMP 16 plus silver. I too received the text 9/22-9/30 but so far haven't got and charges on CC. What scare me the most is when I called CSR most of them couldn't locate my order and everyone one of them give me a different answer but most of them all said if I received that text regarding the 9/22-9/30 then I should be receiving it between that time.

Thanks for the info, just ordered the ASUS router.
I bought my 6-64g-gray in Tmo store on Sun 09-21, they said 5-7 bus days. then got a text that said Tues 9-30 est delivery....
Tonight the cs rep said status just changed to 'shipping pending' from 'backorder' which means I should get a track # in a day or so. Good news if you believe it... - but would not be fair if that beats those that preordered this model..

Tmo is sending these without signature required,,ugh. I don't think Apple ever does that. You can leave a note for the UPS guy not to leave it if you don't want them to, and pick it up at UPS.

north baldwin store in long island had the 6 in silver 16 gb , i bought a 128 gb 6 at the west bury store on long island. they don't have any pluses though at most stores out here.

I ordered four iphone 6+ on 9/19 and got a pending charged right away to my account... Until now it still say being processed.. estimated Delivery says 9/26-9/29... Im not sure if this is accurate...

So just got off the phone with Matthew in their "executive" office.. Somehow my order was not under jump so my order was never prioritized.. He said apple was the one that gave them the time line of 6 weeks so they are just passing on that message but that we could be getting our phones before.

He said he would follow up again in two weeks and that once I get my iPhone I would need to send my htc m8 to him so he could clear the balance.

He took care of my bill as well. My bill was $340 so score!

In the meantime ill continue using the Verizon one I got today at the Apple store.

TMobile iphone 6 plus

I got tired of dealing with the BS that TMobile was telling me after pre-ordering my iphone6 plus. I spoke to a friend and advised me that since TMobile did not fulfilled my order on the promised date, that I needed to call my credit card company and explain to them what TMobile told me; that I could not cancel my order, and I need them to decline any purchase coming from TMobile in the $$$.$$I emailed them the emails/texts sent to fro. TMobile.

Took my self to Apple store and purchased it for $48.00 Less then what TMobile was going to charge me. I love my new phone.

Probably accurate. Sounds like orders placed after the 14th are correctly processed.
