My name is M. Maeghan Skala and I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for 5 months now; my husband and I purchased an iPhone 5S using the installment plan. We planned on switching my husband’s line over when the iPhone 6 became available. So here’s what I’ve gone through since approximately 7:45am on Sep. 13th. I’ve included all three signed eip’s and a few screenshots. I’m posting here the comment I posted on your facebook page announcing the availablity of the iPhone 6.

I preordered my iPhone 6 64gb on the 13th in the am hours. Signed my eip, got the signed copy in my inbox. On Thursday, the 18th, I was getting concerned because I didn't receive any emails. I would check with the 'order status' form on the website and it would say order processing. So I called on the 18th and spoke to a lady and she told me that my order was canceled. Granted the web form didn't show that, it said order processing. She told me I would have to pace a whole new order and would be pushed to the back of the line. How was this fair? I was never notified that my order was canceled.

So Monday morning on the 22nd I called the automated number and I got the message that I would receive the phone on the 23rd. Then I called an hour later and the automated 'robo' lady said my order was CANCELED. Again? For the 2nd time?!?! So I called and spoke to an agent; the agent told me my best bet was to go into the store and order at this point.

So I went into my local store and ordered a phone, same one I preordered on the 13th. They told me in the store that I would receive it on the 23rd. I paid for overnight shipping. Later that day I checked the web form, it said pending shipping. I also checked with automated number, the 'robo' lady said I would receive it on the 23rd. I even called later that evening and spoke with an agent, the agent told me that I would receive the phone on the 23rd.

I wake up on the 23rd to a text message that my new number had been suspended. I check the web form and now the status of my order went from pending shipping to backordered. I called and spoke to an agent, the agent told me that they couldn't help me because I didn't place the order online or over the phone.

Is this some cruel joke? What kind of company takes preorders and cancels the preorders without notifying the customer? What kind of company does this to a customer 2 times? What kind of company tells the customer to go to a store to place an order, the store tells the customer that they will recieve the phone the next day, then wake up to a text message that the line was suspended and that the phone is no longer pending shipment but backordered?

This has caused me quite a bit of stress, and it’s taken up hours of my time. Hours that I can’t get back.

There is a good bet that there are iphones on those planes, though. I read an article where apple is producing something like 400k iphone 6s and 150k 6 pluses a day. Foxconn has probably been working all weekend.

Yeah, the battery on the Six Plus is supposed to be amazing... Reviewers are saying like 36 hours of moderate use. (taking it off the charger in the morning and not having to charge it until the NEXT evening).

They're in a box in pieces somewhere in China.. or on an airplane somewhere in the air... or on a pallet somewhere in Louisville! hahaha

Hahaha. I have the note 3 so the huge screen in already used to >.< I just really want my phone already and I'm highly impatient.

call the tmobile store downtown in the gallary 410-837-5545

to my knowledge they are the only store that has had the 6

i was able to get my wife a 64GB Space Grey 6 on launch day from there and they still had some on Saturday and said they would be getting more in this week

I have a cable running from one side of my house to another that connects to my secondary router (one upstairs and one downstairs). It's fairly easy but time consuming as it requires you to perform some work on your house and get a cable that is long enough to reach.

If you live in a small house/apartment it may not be worth the hassle of setting up multiple wifi access points.

Well. It's not sprawling but 4 levels and I'm not sure if there are already paths in place for a cable to go and hubby is out of town for weeks. Maybe I'll just put them next to each other for now and leave it for him to figure out :p we might have to put the modem in the basement to run cables up from there but I'm not going to deal with that.

RE the Note 3: The width is about the same but the Six Plus is taller by quite a bit (due to apple not REDUCING THE SIZE OF THIER BEZELS.... DAMN YOU HOME BUTTON!)



Maybe if we keep posting over and over and over our phones will get here faster.

I don't mind it being taller I have big hands. Not only that but I'll never go back to a Samsug! I always had problems with them freezing on me and running slow. I hate that. I don't need all the customization I just need something that works lol

I have a 5 that works. But I want a huge phone that I don't have to worry about charging all the time :p actually I'm worried that I'll be disappointed the plus is too small. I'm on my mini a lot and love love love it, and the plus is half the size I guess.

I like my 5 too but my hands are WAAAAAAAY to big for this phone my hands feel sooo uncomfortable and I hate having to zoom in for everything. Lol

The five is way too small... Apple finally got the size right with the six plus :)

The 6S Plus and 7 Plus are going to be THAT much better

I can't use the 5 one handed, I rarely talk on the phone with it to my ear, and I carry large purses. So there's no reason for me not to go big lol

at least you have the luxury of having to carry a purse. I'd have to murse it and risk ridicule or find a case that doesn't cause the phone to bend when pocketed :(

She did not elaborate all she says that she can see on my account they I will be receiving my phone in the 9/22 to 9/30 time frame.

1. Buy rigid case
2. Place in pocket with glass towards you
3. Murse for special occasions

I think that will be sufficient to prevent bending.

This is a marketing plan look at how long this forum has gotten on just this one topic I've seen this same ploy done by Palm for the Centro when that Pre dropped they did the same thing. Ol' Timmy got the world hemorrhaging clamming at the bits. They knew the factories couldn't hold up to the anticipation. So this is it..... We wait.....and wait....and wait
 
Well, I give up.

I'm going to refuse my preorder when it gets here. I'm tired of this.

I just saw that an Apple Store about 90 minutes away has the 6+ in stock in Silver. Not Space Grey, like I want, but still. It's close enough. 64GB.

I'm going to take the iPhone 6 that I bought back and return it, as well.

Patience isn't my strong suit, but this is getting ridiculous. The lack of effective communication from T-Mobile is really starting to annoy me.
 
So I called t-mobile and they say it isn't on back order anymore that it is pending shipment right? So I keep checking my order and I keep seeing this (see photos) well what is this thing pending shipment or back ordered:eek::confused: image.jpg

Yeah I feel like I'm in the circles of hell. Trying to study for class BUT tabbing over to my UPSChoice, PNC, Tmobile Account, and this page every 10 min. Every time my phone beeps I jump hoping its a text or email for this ********. Im_that_girl_that is crazy and stalks boys she likes at this point. I have a standing appointment every so many days to get abused by CSR's to tell me I'm never getting off back order as well and that everything they told me previously is a lie.
