I got an email about 36 hours after sending an email and a call a few hours after that, I think most people were in that timeframe.
 
For those who ordered on 9/12 and haven't received their orders (or heard anything), when talking to the "executive department" rep last night, he mentioned making sure that my order was placed properly and was completed in the system. While he didn't say it, it sounds as if in fact some of those orders may have actually fallen into some technological black hole and they are now trying to fix them on a case by case basis. So, if you did place your order on 9/12, email John Legere (john.legere@t-mobile.com) and someone from the executive offices will get back to you within a day or two. Have them verify that your order is actually in the system and fully complete. Otherwise, they'll need to cancel it and place another order, which will put you in the back of the queue, but you'll have a greater chance of getting your phone. This may not necessarily apply to the people that ordered the 6+ 64GB space gray phone (which I ordered). This was one of the more popular phones this year, so there's a long wait for it.

Again, this only applies to the 9/12 people. And, the regular customer service reps may not be able to help with this, which is why I suggest contacting the upper level (or executive) reps.

If it was a Plus, you guys could be waiting until Thanksgiving......:apple:, be happy they didn't delete your order out of the system and cancel it....thats what they did with mine....this gave me time to research the Note 4 and buy it instead....

Last word of advice is that if you ordered on the 12th and 13th and still haven't received your phones, email Legere to get to the exec team and get an answer.

Otherwise cancel your orders and the order should go through immediately. Either way, email Legere to possibly get a credit and free shipping.

I knew there is hope that if you don't cancel you will still get your phone on time, but I think those odds are pretty slim. Mine is five days late. That's better than weeks!
 
Yesterday I was speaking to a agent she told me that my phone is coming before the 26 she said was 100% sure but my order is backodered any relates ?

I am really tempted to call/email them again. But the executive that I talked to let me know I would have it between that 22-30th window. if on the 29th I still have nothing, then I am calling and raising hell.
 
I can't wait to see if this mysterious shipping on the 25th rumor is true. Probably not but I'll be presently surprised. I got the 22-30th email and text. So I'm trying to be as patient as possible -_-
