I understand people upset, but this has been the greatest preorder in the history of technology....everyone wants it and Apple, not Tmobile screwed up...there just isn't enough phones to fit the demand....its just a phone...you'll get it eventually....you're not going to die without it right?

That is part of the story, yes. T-Mobile had computer issues on the weekend of the 12th that caused people not to get their pre-orders on time. Things are actually working fine now except for this holding out hope that their initial orders will still be delivered. If everyone had cancelled those orders last week and replaced them they would have their phones this week.

So I called t-mobile and they say it isn't on back order anymore that it is pending shipment right? So I keep checking my order and I keep seeing this (see photos) well what is this thing pending shipment or back orderedView attachment 496241
Just got off the phone with a supervisor and well, i'm amazed at the how much they can't help.
I doubt its gonna be as hectic... Tmo news says pre order starts tmrw but the phone doesn't start selling till October 17! Samsung learned very quickly from Apple's mistake! now Samsung will see what their pre order numbers are looking like and by the time launch rolls around they will have enough phones already made or most of them made.
Who do I need to call to cancel my on-going JUMP pre-order? I'm officially done. I called the regular customer service and they can't cancel it.

One csr told me that all orders have to be cancelled through online, maybe call back and make sure you're talking to someone who can access JUMP orders?

I went to my tmobile store to order this phone and the representative did all this for me so idk what to think about it.
This is my first time having to wait for a phone and I don't want to wait a month just to get it.

For those interested, Tmobile Note 4 preorders have started.....the real phabletand the Note 4 preorder process was smooth as butter....reminded me of when I first tried jellybean....already have complete access to my order status as well....
Don't even waste your time....they can't do anything fot you...unless u can get ahold of the executive office like I did, they can't help
Well I'm sending back the five iphone 6 plus that I got on Friday because tmobile is absolutely terrible in my area. I spent a lot of time and effort to get the phones and I can't even hardly use them. Oh well. Good thing is because I ordered online there is not a restocking fee.

Somehow I don't think the demand for the Note 4 will approach the iPhone 6+
