I'm very frustrated with this.

My wife ordered me a 6+ 64GB, space grey, JUMP, on Friday 9-12. The order took damn near all day to place, but we finally got it done.

Got an email saying it would be delivered on 9/25. Not what I wanted to hear but its reasonable, since we selected ground shipping.

txt's from tmobile saying how important your order is and its being prioritized. and we'll update you in 1-2 days. Radio silence, since then My account still shows the order is backordered. No indication if it will ever ship.

I called the other day and they couldn't tell me anything. My wife called on Monday and gave her the impression it could be 6-8 weeks.
 
I got another call just now from some lady named Anonette in the exec office. She said she got out of a meeting that confirmed that the people who got 9/22-9/30 texts WILL get their phone in that time frame- more than likely closest to the 9/30. She had no record of any other types of messages still lingering that haven't gotten their phones, I asked on behalf of some of you with different messages.

She said out of the 16GB the Gold was the most popular in the 6 and 6+ and in 64GB space grey was almost double gold orders in total. They are filling orders every single day but not a lot. The large shipment is coming in this week to fulfill that text group.

She has no answer to why orders were filled out of order. Only explanation is that the system was repaired after the 12th so orders could have been running smoother after and snuck thru or that people filling orders made mistakes.

She is trying to get a mass new message out soon to confirm/put at ease all the 9/22-9/30 people.


(Still no label/charge/status change btw)

I think some people who got the 1-2 day text have snuck into the group of people who got the 22-30 text...

Or you could just buy a good phone case... some of the people who bent theirs was cuz they put it in their back pocket and sat on it! well no **** its gonna bend if you do that! lol
 
I ordered online. If I click on the link for checking my order status that is in the email receipt, and after entering the Order number, Zipcode, and Last Name, it says that the order is still being processed.

Now, if you look on that page the comes up, at the top right there is a number to call: 1-800-672-5390. Call it, enter your order number when asked, and it will tell you the order date, status of being processed, then tells you when you can expect to receive it. Mine says 9/25 for receiving. Looking online, it says Order date: 09/19/2014 at 11:28 AM PDT and BEING PROCESSED. By calling is the only way that it told me the date to receive it. It tells me Multiple Items are in the order, you can have it give you a general description of the items, but it also says that it's only capable of giving info on a maximum of 5 items in the order. I couldn't make heads or tails of what the items were from the phone conversation as it said either T-Mobile item, or Apple item. It said 4 T-Mobile items and 1 Apple, but I ordered 3 Apple phones, and 4 SIM cards.

thanks i just called and it said i had 2 orders which is weird because i only placed 1 order

said i placed a order on the 12th that was cancelled(never ordered on the 12th)

then it said my 2nd order was placed on the 19th and is still processing.Didnt give me an estimated delivery date either

im just trying to understand how both of us ordered the same exact color and memory size on the 19th and i ordered 5 hours before you yet your getting your phone before me

this makes absolutely no sense and they cant blame this on the system crash like they are doing with all the people who ordered on the 12th


maybe its because youre a new customer,idk

Right!! How dumb could you be? My front right pocket and my hand is only for my phone. My keys, money, change, etc.... goes in all other pockets.
 
I get to be the Debbie Downer, or maybe I'm just unlucky.

After one awful CSR call, I got to a helpful one. Told me T-Mobile had provided them the "worst case scenario list" and my 6+ Gold 16 GB is 6 weeks from order date, or 4 weeks from now (I pre-ordered on the 12th).

So, my options are:

1) Be Patient and hope for a better result.
2) Order a 128 GB 6 Gold that is in stock and pay an extra $200
3) Try and find a suitable model over the next 4 weeks and cancel the pre-order.

I've opted to be patient. It is hard everytime I see the wife on her 6.

What text msg did you get?

I got the 9/19 text/emails (and verbal assurance it would be here last friday twice).

6+ SG 16gb ordered using JUMP on 9/12 10am (online).

The exec guy I spoke to said he'd be surprised if I didn't have the phone by Monday/Tuesday. well, SURPRISE!

He is right! i was charged yesterday for a 6+ 16gb SG and i haven't gotten any updates! I was actually told that it could be that they're making sure that the card is real and it doesn't necessarily mean that I'm gonna get my phone soon! BUT since there hasn't been much activity the last few days I'm thinking getting charged is pretty significant and now with the rumors of big shipments this week! hey getting a pending charge on your account can't be a bad thing!! so keep checkin!
