I got the 9/19 text/emails (and verbal assurance it would be here last friday twice).

6+ SG 16gb ordered using JUMP on 9/12 10am (online).

The exec guy I spoke to said he'd be surprised if I didn't have the phone by Monday/Tuesday. well, SURPRISE!

We ordered the same exact phone... i was charged yesterday. i didn't order with jump and i got the 1-2 day text. i think you'll be ok!
 
So it looks like on 6+ 64GB and no 16GB being charged now :-(

Man. I just got some type of good news. I just had my October bill credited. Almost $200! Now I just wait and wait for 2 16gb SG 6+. Did anybody else order a 16gb 6+ On 9/12 in the afternoon?

Oh, I do :D That "don't get too excited" message was mainly for myself :cool:

They'd better come through with the "all preorders got automatically upgraded to next-day" promise. If it ships tomorrow/Friday and I don't get it for another week, I'm going to lose what's left of my sanity.
 
Poor pitiful me. This weekend after all the fiasco of last week I decided to say **** this and head off on vacation. Got a call en route to Vegas via the 15 on Saturday from a contact in exec customer care who said my window (22-30) was accurate and as a good will gesture she'd credit $100. I gladly accepted and put this out of my mind.

Over the course of the weekend I was contacted by @TMobileHelp and another rep who said nope, 6 weeks. That's it, no other choice. I buried myself in Vegas and said **** this ****ing fiasco.

Just arrived home from Vegas. Just checked my bank account and...BOOM my charge from TMobile went through. I guess I hit the jackpot after all.

YAY!

I got charged for my 16gb Plus yesterday around 6pm pt. Nothing has changed and no shipping notifications. Also I only got charged for one of my orders. I ordered two 6+ 16gb. One SG and one silver.

We shall see? I wish I knew what order the one charge was for.
 
Man, this is killing me. I keep refreshing my AMEX account with " Johnny Football thumb/finger rubs", and NOTHING!!!! No charge, nothing pending except for this morning's friggin breakfast.. Come on T-Mobile/Apple, throw me a bone....I need something/anything to keep my hopes afloat.

Again, no one talkin' about the 128GB. Do they even exist??

No charges on my card yet. Nadda. Talked with rep last night and she was to call me back today but I haven't heard anything from her yet. I'm losing hope.
 
Everyone who is getting charged!!! if you can call or get on chat with a CSR and let them know about the charges and ask them what they mean and if it means you're getting your device soon. post back on here and let everyone know their response so we can compare answers and see if there are things in common with the answers!
