We basically have the exact order. The only difference is about 15 minutes, give or take. I am so frustrated..
No charge here yet. Not a silver, but gold 6+ 16GB but still ordered early as **** 12th and got that 9/22-9/30 text. Hoping this nightmare is over soon so I can enjoy my purchase finally.

Have you verified through ERT that your order it still valid and not corrupt?
I've talked to them and they gave me a credit. I'm assuming that means they have my order.

When I talked to them they were able to tell me my order was still valid and i'd be receiving my device by the 30th.... If they reassured you, you'll be okay. Can you see your order on the website? Hear it on robolady?
He said 6 weeks when I talked to him on Monday. I have backordered status online and through robolady.
So its been awhile since I posted. Since my last post my order has been cancelled by Tmobile wont begin with the amount of lies I have been told. So I tried to place another order and couldnt for 2 days waiting on Tmobile to fix my eip that they jacked up. I finally got a new order in yesterday now ill be waiting till 2015. My original order was on the 12th. 16gb plus Gold I re ordered the same thing. Somebody give me a drink I really need one about now.

Does nothing show up when you use your phone number for UPS reference tracking?
Some of the people on here talking about CC getting charged is a little misleading.
When I orderded on 9/19, they placed a charge of $406 on me CC (pending).
Last night, 9/23, they placed two charges.. One for $323.22 and another for $39.86. The initial charges should have been $406. I called and they tried to explain it but made NO sense. Last night, with the New PENDING Charges, the old pending of $406 disappeared.
The rep today told me that the order was correct, was processing, and that I should receive a Tracking Number later (I took that to mean today, or tonight). When I called the rep to check on the status, it said that my order would be delivered tomorrow 9/25.
This is a little confusing because I have the Standard 2-4 business days shipping. Earlier, it showed Standard Shipping 2-4 business days 9/26-9/30. The ONLY thing that has changed is the date just changed from 9/26-9/30 to NOW 9/29-10/1.
