My ERG person told me my order was there but I don't believe it now. What a waste. I feel dumb being upset over a phone but it's not the phone I'm mad about. It's the constant runaround we've received.
I honestly dont think it would make a different know if I waited for my "Preorder" or canceled it and order the 6 plus 64gb. Since thats the phone I really want know anyway. The wait will probably be the same.

Add me to your list. I got 2 texts and emails Wed/Thurs last week saying my phone would be here Friday 9/19. No charge/auth, no shipping in UPS on 9/19, and @TMobileHelp said that day if I got those texts I would be getting phone that day. Riiiiiight. Emailed John Legere 9/19... took 2 days to get the 'someone will look into your order and will reach out to you shortly with details' email, then another 3 days for them to finally call me.
Lady who called was nice, but it was still party-line BS of backorded/high demand/4-6 weeks. Seriously? Tried to cancel in store to reorder and CS told store "once it's in Backordered status it can't be canceled." Then why was I told on phone by two different reps that it can be canceled anytime before it ships?
I did get a decent credit from ER on my bill, but I can't help but feel like my order is lost in the abyss. Still no charge or authorization on my card - never has been even an auth.
