T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Got a call from another ERT rep, who assured me that:

- he would follow-up with me tomorrow and would continue checking on the status of the order
- he would get back to me with a tracking number as soon as it is generated
- that my order is now past the point of cancelation, this being a good thing since it means everything ready to go
- that the cc charge is a good sign
- that this does NOT mean that they have inventory of my particular model (6+/64/SG)

Overall, another positive call with a polite rep. Still no definitive dates, but from what I'm seeing here, I'm guessing shipping in 1-2d.

The rep today told me that the order was correct, was processing, and that I should receive a Tracking Number later (I took that to mean today, or tonight). When I called the rep to check on the status, it said that my order would be delivered tomorrow 9/25.
This is a little confusing because I have the Standard 2-4 business days shipping. Earlier, it showed Standard Shipping 2-4 business days 9/26-9/30. The ONLY thing that has changed is the date just changed from 9/26-9/30 to NOW 9/29-10/1.

Did a regular CS rep tell you that, or an exec one?
 
What format are you guys using to check ups. Also where would the ship date be located under the source code on tmobile site?
 
I was able to snag an unlocked, Silver, 64GB 6+ in Atlanta. I just happened to refresh the Apple Store page at the right moment.

I love this phone. When my JUMP finally gets here, whenever that its, I'll probably just sell this thing on Ebay.
 
I hung out in this thread for a while, though I technically ordered my 6 plus , T-Mobile silver 16gb on Apple.com 9/12 4:17am cst. I got it. today. Composing this msg on it.

Unfortunately my dreams of a mobile iPad in my pocket....not feeling it. this is definitely still a cramped phone. Still it will destroy the Optimus T it is replacing. I will use it the next several years so I hopefully will get used to it.

So better phone...accomplished. IPad replacement....doubt it.

Track by reference with phone number or sign up for my choice

If you right click somewhere on the order status page you can pull up the source code for the page
 
What line on the source code are you guys seeing shipping date? When I look at the code and search for shipping, this comes up

But I have not received any updates and it said this since Saturday
 
I went through all this crap and have not even received one credit they just say sorry can't help you just re order.
 
Another update...... I was finally charged today, I am part of the 9/22-9/30 club. I sent my 2nd email yesterday to the CEO and today I get a call from the executive office. Very nice guy by the way. He stated that TMO is getting shipments everyday and that all customers who preordered through JUMP will start receiving theirs first. He also stated that the 64GB 6+ SG, is the most popular and was the least amount received from Apple. He did offer me a 190$ credit towards my account and the new router and I accepted both! I didn't tell him I was charged today, but he called about 2hours after I was charged.
 
Well my order got cancelled at 12 in the morning yesterday and I was very disappointed! Went to my local T-Mobile and they happened to have some phones in stock so I was able to grab one (Silver 64 GB iPhone 6) :D

For anyone still waiting, good luck and I hope you receive your phones soon!

This router though. Good lord. This thing is amazing. Went from 30mbps to closer to 90mbps. Instantly makes the wait worthwhile.

Edit: Make that 120mbps over WiFi. lol

How do you get to the source code? I am using Chrome and when I click on View Source Code, it doesn't load for me. I get an error page.

I ordered using JUMP on 9/12 and people who did not use JUMP are getting charges and shipping confirmations, sooooooooo I don't know about that :p
