oh and even though I ordered in store my order didn't process correctly, because she said if it did there would've been an S in front of my order number. There wasn't.. which confirmed that my order wasn't processed, and it was done at a later time.. manually by an employee via phone.

I'm guessing that's the next day delivery?
Mine says the same thing, so that's what i'm hoping ^^;;;

Did you originally order ground or next day delivery?

I have two 6+ SG 64gb that were shipped, one says UPS Ground, the other says USPS Ground. Both got UPS tracking. TMOBILE rep told me all orders get free next day air

Well I guess I am in the 4 to 6 weeks group.. after all my order was effed up and it went through as an upgrade and not as jump

Really didn't want to deal with the eft with Verizon but I guess that's what I'm going to end up doing.. but the 6+ is awesome and it was worth the extra hassle
 
Damn, everyone is having at least some movement. I am hoping the rest of us get our issues sorted out right quick. We deserve to be treated much better than this :/
 
Hahaha... My apple store order just got charged too! Now it's a race to see which one gets here first. There must be a big group of sg 64's coming in.

Hi everyone, I've been a longtime reader and just wanted to chime in on my experience. I preordered the iPhone 6+ 64GB SG on 9/12 4pm PST, Non-JUMP. I had an estimated delivery date of 9/25/14 since the start. Since 9/12, the only thing I received from t-mobile was a text saying delivery est will be given in 1-2 days on Wed. But today, I just found out I had been charged and moments later my tmobile order changed to Order Shipped and I received a tracking number by dialing #875#.
Hopefully this will help some people out in a similar situation :)

For the millionth time. No. S does not mean in store. Why? Because my order number begins with "S" and ordered online. What it does mean is that you used JUMP to order your phone.

Not true, I preordered online on 9/19 and I have the S as well. From what others have said on this thread the S signifies you used JUMP.

That's what mine has been doing since day one (9-12). No changes.

It might be regular maintenace lol. This happened to me last night around the same time.

Regularly maintaining what little patience I have left.

Welcome to the boat, we have useless customer reps to the left, exec reps to the right, and in the middle its our forum lounge where you can sit and hear us all complain.
