T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Robogirl gave me a tracking number but its not working on UPS.
it starts with 1Z.. looks like this 1Z3Z89************

Then UPS says the number i have entered is not a valid tracking number... even though it follows the 1z9999999999999999 #18 number rule...

Did Robogirl actually give me a messed up tracking number?

Orders that begin with "S" are orders that were placed with JUMP! regardless of whether the transaction was done online or in store. "S" means it's a JUMP! order whether placed online or in store.

Yeah usually there is a few hour delay before the tracking number is active, this is typical and just indicates that it has not been processed yet. I order a lot of crap on amazon so it has happened lots of times to me. Give it like 6 hours to a day and it should become active.

So after one more day of waiting, absolutely no updates or status change.
Hoping this so called million iphone shipment for UPS has my phone.. We'll see.
 
Whew!!!! My 1.3lb package is being held at my local UPS facility for pick-up!!!! This has been a wild ride. Getting my phone within 24hrs. Of being charged. Good luck to everyone
 
Keeping u guys updated from my last post my tracking is working and getting it today thanks guys ya been a good help and I hope I gave some encouragement to people that order at the same time as me hope , I will continue to check this section thanks
 
"We'll text you when your order ships" is complete BS!

T-Mobile page now shows my order status as SHIPPED, but they've not communicated with me at all!

MyChoice UPS app shows a package for delivery today!!!!!! :D

Last minute change of plans. I just sent my working remotely notice to my coworkers.

I can't wait for this debacle to be done.
 
I received an email from Tmobile overnight congratulating me on my upgrade and new phone. Still no charge, no shipping number and no movement on the tmobile website.
 
Well only a handful of hours left for me now.

This has been an experience I'll never forget. I hope by the next Pre-Order Apple will be able to do EIP & JUMP for T-Mobile. I'd much rather order from the source.

I had almost lost faith in seeing my phone. I really hope everyone that is left gets taken care of soon.
 
Woke up this morning to no charge, no shipping, no anything. Needless to say I'll be cancelling TMo later today.
 
Wow, scheduled for delivery today.

Turns out it was within that 9/22-9/30 window. I guess I had just lost faith.

JUMP customer here. JUMPed on 9/12 to get an iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Silver. And now it's finally on its way!!!

Good luck to all still waiting. I thought I'd never see my phone, and I never heard back from the executive team -- also a bad sign, I thought.

But I may just have it in my hands today!

I'm Just Sitting Here Looking At Everybody Get There Phone, Meanwhile I Ordered My Phone On The 12th Early.
