I have a Jump! order I placed in store for a 64GB space gray plus, and I just got charged for it today. I have another order for the same phone that I placed at 3:30AM on 9/12 that I got on Monday.
 
What communication can we expect first after being charged? Text? UPS update? Tmobile website update? Carrier pigeon? Torch lit on a mountain?

What's everyone's experience?

This is currently how I feel waiting for my card to be charged..or one the the 5 alerts I set to go off finally.
 
That gives me hope! Same phone and order method, I just ordered on the 15th. Haven't seen any change in order or from ups, but maybe wheels are turning behind the scenes.

Sorry dude it was my dad's router and was sent to my phone for some reason... such disappointment

Use UPS track by reference and put your phone number as the reference number (without dashes). When a label is created, it will show up there with your tracking number.

People are reporting that they saw their tmobile order status get updated as well. (No text or email).
 
Yup just like you said yesterday!! Hopefully it ships soon too! If I can get it tomorrow, it would turn my whole week around and make me so happy hahaha.

I'm pretty sure all these will ship by tonight... everyone will have them by tmrw. all this is happening really early so y'all should be ok.

Does anyone here knows who should I can contact with, with regards to unauthorized charges by T-mobile without my consent? I was charged a $745.86 on 9/19 which that I know. It's still pending since that date and it never get cleared. Then, there's another charged of $350.86 on 9/23 that I don't know. My bank told me that it's only T-mobile order. I spoked to T-Mo service and only know I was being charged again for unknown reason. I got charged twice!!!! I used one of my debit card and now overdraft!! T-Mo gave me a reference number to tell to my bank BUT, if i request to my bank to have it removed the charges($350.86), there's a possibility that my order may get cancelled. This is ridiculous!

I already put some funds to my account but my bank already told me that there were two purchased made that I will get charge an overdraft fees of $35 dollars each...
