T-Mobile.com preorder thread

This is EIP. I just signed up with T-mobile with their Family plan of 4 devices. The first charged was the total amount of EIP+Plan+taxes of four devices... I don't know where the 2nd charges from. They don't know exactly they just said it's related to my order... That's BS! Until now, both 2 charges are still pending or pre-authorized... I don't get it why would they charged me twice? This never happened to me...
1. It appears as if the backorder date has a significance. Based on this round of shipments earlier orders were processed first and they moved forward chronologically.
2. I've seen an equal mix of all types of phones. You may not be seeing many of one type of phone simply because it was not popular.
3. Based on this preorder process the sun rises wherever and whenever TMo feels like it

C. Sprint [F] - STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT
D. T-mobile EDIT: Once their 700Mhz Spectrum goes live (and hopefully the next gen iPhone supports it, T-Mobile may very well get bumped up to A).

Haha. Yes. Stay FAR AWAY from Sprint. They're worse than Metro
Why in the world have I not been charged yet? I called exec to make sure everything on my order was ok (getting paranoid now. ) and was told that everything is fine. He said that it still shows my phone is backordered but they have until the 30th to ship it.

I had 2 T-mobile reps and even 2 Apple employees confirm that Apple offers EIP in their store. So I waited in an hour line only to be told they don't . So I stopped by a T-mobile store and by luck they had one 64 GB black in stock so I took it. My advice would be those that have T-mobile to find a store with an associate that will check stock everyday and follow up with you. You may have better luck that way than waiting for the order you placed.
If yesterday's batch is any indication, we probably won't see shipping info until tonight

Kohkane, keep in mind that people have been shipped their phones without ever being charged at all. You and I ordered around the exact same time and the exact same thing happened to our order (got pushed to early in the morning the next day). Be hopeful!! Still sending good vibes your way!

Thank you, I'm trying everything to be hopefully, it's just hard when everyone is getting updates.
I know a lot of people yesterday, got charged all day so I'll try and be patient. I just want that tracking number. Just got charged today!

T-Mobile is late with updating because I ordered my router on the 23rd and it got delivered to my house today. And on their website it still says pending shipment. And even UPS is late with updating. Still says Order Processed, ready for UPS. Don't give up the hope
And thus concludes this chapter in my life. My iPhone is sitting in my house waiting for me when I arrive home.

HA. I just had to send an email to Verizon about crap service in their local corporate store.
My tmo service is as bad as I expected in the data area - part of my town apparently has only marginal 3g and "ok" 2g service - but the voice calls are going thru and rocking, and I rarely need data here in town since I can use wifi.
But i'm kinda frustrated with BOTH of them at the moment!

We ordered on the 17th and it hasn't even shipped yet.....

Just checked the flight radar and it looks like Louisville might be expecting another 6 plane shipment.
I ordered mine on the 17th and received it earlier this week..... Maybe I just got lucky?! They even bumped my shipping to next day air :|
I ordered the router on the 19th and a label was created on the 23rd but nothing since.

Ironic my router shows backorder no duedate but I inspect the elements and has estimated duedate of 9/30 lol and this all after that overnight delivery for the 23rd haha

UGH.
Same boat.... well, except label created on the 19th I think.
The guy told me today it had a 2 day period from when it was ordered to being processed, hence the 17th->19th, THEN that started the 10 days until we would get it based on the ground shipping it was coming with.
Except it is on backorder.
Sigh... i'm seriously over dealing with phone companies today.
Time for a brownie.
