Does anyone here knows who should I can contact with, with regards to unauthorized charges by T-mobile without my consent? I was charged a $745.86 on 9/19 which that I know. It's still pending since that date and it never get cleared. Then, there's another charged of $350.86 on 9/23 that I don't know. My bank told me that it's only T-mobile order. I spoked to T-Mo service and only know I was being charged again for unknown reason. I got charged twice!!!! I used one of my debit card and now overdraft!! T-Mo gave me a reference number to tell to my bank BUT if i request it to remove the charges, there's a possibility that my order may get cancel. This is ridiculous!

The first one may have just been the pre-authorization, which should drop off after about 2-3 days. Then, when the phone is ready to be shipped, T-Mobile charges again for the phone. Did you pay for the device in full? Was the first charge for just one phone?

my brother however got charged for his Gold 16+(ordered 9/14 in store) two days ago, but he hasn't received any shipping info, so hopefully he'll get his sooner. :confused:

happy dance happy dance. My card was charged. Nothing on UPS and status still says backordered on TMobile but I'm excited. Ordered a 64 6+ Gold on Saturday the 13th on line. Jump order.
 
Just when you thought it was safe to back in the water...
So my iPhone 6+ came on Monday afternoon, I opened it Monday night, the headphone jack doesn't work. All static, can't even pick up the microphone on the headphones....
So I call up and tell them, I also decided that for me the iPhone 6+ was too big so I would just take a 6 instead and get back the difference. I was told on Tuesday by a Supervisor that I should wait 24 hours for the JUMP to reset and she would call me Wednesday and put the new order in, she also told me NOT to send in my old iPhone 5S just yet.

So Wed she calls me, says the reset is in but that she cant do the order, it needs to be done in store or online. And that they can't send me a new phone until the busted iPhone 6+ is sent back... She says I can buy the iPhone 6, send in the 6+ and get my money back when they receive it. I say great.
So I ask her to stay on the phone with me while I purchase the new iPhone 6 online using the reset JUMP!

Of course it gets stuck and wont let me continue, I spend over an hour on the phone with her waiting while she tries to have 'so-called' specialists reset it. She gets back on the phone, asks me to log out and log back in. Once i hear that I KNOW they have no clue what's going on. She then tells me to wait another 24 hours and try again.

That leads me to Thursday... I try again... nothing. I call back talk to 3 different people who have no clue, end up getting cut off on one of them. Finally get to a level3 Specialist. He says that nothing can happen until they get the iPhone5 sent back and into their system. And that it will take 3 -4 weeks for that to clear. I go into a Tmobile store near me. I explain the situation to the manager, he comes out with the exact phone I want and says no problem, we'll get you out of here in no time. He has me reset my iPhone 6+ to hand in while he's doing the paperwork. Then....'oh no'... he can't continue either. He calls Customer Service, talks to specialists, they say the same thing. We can't do anything until he turns his iPhone 5s in... the same one that the supervisor told me to hold onto! I'm at this store with the iPhone 5S, my busted iPhone 6+ and the iPhone 6 that i want. All of them on the counter, me with credit card in hand but they can't do anything about it. I am told over and over again that I am stuck with the broken iPhone 6+ for 3 to 4 weeks. I asked about just buying the iPhone 6 outright and cancelling JUMP, we were going to do that but then he said I would owe money on my iPhone 5S even though I've been a JUMP customer and paying since Feb.

So with that I bid Tmobile goodbye, they are a ****** company that I will never recommend to anyone. I'm going back to Verizon, yes I may pay more but I get better cell service and don't have to worry about ******** like this.

PS.. that supervisor never called me back, surprise surprise

I've been checking for him & nothing. His girlfriend tho ordered the same time as him in store & got her phone delivered on launch day, but she had ordered a regular 6 Gold 16gb, which i expected to be the first to come

Hopefully it'll come tomorrow for him, but now I'm worried for how long it'll take for me to get my SG, considered I haven't even gotten the charge yet.
 
So, my UPS tracking information just updated to say delivery date September 26 between 1P and 5P, and I finally have an origin scan. So, apparently, UPS is just receiving my package. And, I'm not even mad because I still get my phone before the weekend gets started!! :cool:
 
Mine went from "pending process" to "being processed"

and as of 9-25 2:46am it's backorder

anybody know when I'll get this thing? Haha
 
Is it easy to exchange my iPhone? I noticed there's a dent on the bottom of the phone and it gets really hot when charging. Can I call t-mobile and will they send me a new one or refurbished one?

I'd take that (9/26 delivery) - mine still hasn't budged off of the label stage. I hoping/wishing that it'll be like that other guy whose phone went form no shipping info to delivered.
 
oh & just a question, i've noticed a bunch of y'all, under "Order History" when checking the order status, would list the date you ordered and then over it was a backorder text.

example:

"Order History

BackOrder 09/13/14
Date Order 09/12/14"

Mine used to show that, but since Friday, it only shows

It is not a problem on T-Mobile's end (the same thing happened to me). What is happening is that the insurance (MyPHP I think is called) blocked your account because is taking the claim as being done at a separate time of doing the JUMP. This is annoyingly frustrating and no one wanted to help me either. At least the store manager I went to, was kind enough to try and help me and she called Customer Care, then they transferred her to the insurance executive representatives and she was on the phone with them for like 2 hours. They finally got it cleared. This whole thing has been a complete mess from the starts and I am so sick of everything tbh. Try going to another store and explain to them this situation, if they want to help you they will, because it CAN be corrected.

1. so, if one has the same phone, size, color... does the one that have the 'earlier' backorder date get shipped first? does backordered date indicate priority at all? was it said before? sorry I missed it.

I'm a "late" pre-order customer. I did mine on 9/16 for a 6 Plus 64GB SG. I am a Jump! customer but didn't order via Jump! as my account is messed up (and still being worked on) which is why I didn't order before the 16th.

Original expected delivery date was to be today, 9/25 which was emailed and texted to me after ordering. No charge, no label via UPS reference, nothing. The only thing that has changed is that on Monday my order status on the website went from "Pre-Order" to "Being Processed." I never had a backorder status. Robolady has always told me my order is being processed and expected delivery is 9/25.

I'm anxious to get my phone, but I know there are people that ordered the same device before me that still have no new info (I knew I should have splurged for the 128GB!). So it's hard to be upset.

But I felt I needed to add a bit more torture. I purchased a BlackBerry Passport last night. Backordered.

Now it's going to be fun to see which device I get first! :rolleyes:
