It is not a problem on T-Mobile's end (the same thing happened to me). What is happening is that the insurance (MyPHP I think is called) blocked your account because is taking the claim as being done at a separate time of doing the JUMP. This is annoyingly frustrating and no one wanted to help me either. At least the store manager I went to, was kind enough to try and help me and she called Customer Care, then they transferred her to the insurance executive representatives and she was on the phone with them for like 2 hours. They finally got it cleared. This whole thing has been a complete mess from the starts and I am so sick of everything tbh. Try going to another store and explain to them this situation, if they want to help you they will, because it CAN be corrected.
