I have a possibly dumb question. So I was charged. And I searched reference and I have 1 that automatically opens, its for my router that had its label created today. Now will it show me two once the phone has a label? Mychoice has nothing still for either.

I found a 6 in Tmo store today so I fought traffic to get there to find out, I could not buy it! They said I have to wait 2-3 business days for my BACKORDERED iphone order to cancel. If I kept both orders and just made a new one they would not let me do an in store trade in either. Due to all the errors and misinfo I've had from Tmo on this and other dealings, I decided to cancel and do nothing more.
What company turns away a paying customer wanting to buy an item they have in stock? I just don't trust they'd do the mail in trade deal right now.
I consider that poor customer service and I was not that set on a 6 right now. The trade in is what got me to order, but I'm over it. I usually shop the used iPhone market, so I may do that too in a month or so.
 
It is not a problem on T-Mobile's end (the same thing happened to me). What is happening is that the insurance (MyPHP I think is called) blocked your account because is taking the claim as being done at a separate time of doing the JUMP. This is annoyingly frustrating and no one wanted to help me either. At least the store manager I went to, was kind enough to try and help me and she called Customer Care, then they transferred her to the insurance executive representatives and she was on the phone with them for like 2 hours. They finally got it cleared. This whole thing has been a complete mess from the starts and I am so sick of everything tbh. Try going to another store and explain to them this situation, if they want to help you they will, because it CAN be corrected.


I tried what you said, called the store spoke with the person I was dealing with while in the store. I was told they can't do anything because it was too busy in the store. Even though I spent an hour in the store in the AM, and waited an hour to have them call me back.

Every which way this is a giant suck-fest. Tmobile can go suck it as far as I am concerned.

Robolady and my tmo still said backordered all day yesterday and no update from ups
This morning robolady said its been shipped and my tmo said the same
Ups said order was processed yesterday at 5am and delivery today
This afternoon ups updated to origin scan today at 2 and delivery changed to tomorrow by end of day.

Also, tmo upgraded my shopping to next day air saver.

So, day 1 cc charge, day 2 shipping info, day 3 delivery (hopefully)

It will show you ALL UPS orders that use your phone number as reference. :)
 
I can't believe mine's still stuck at the UPS Label stage. Tmobile status still shows as "backordered" too, so I'm starting to get paranoid. :eek:

Is it because you set up your trade in on the back ordered phone? That doesn't make sense because you would just be waiting for the cancellation to come through.
 
I just got off the phone with an ERT. She didn't tell me anything new. Only thing she told me is that apparently they have the phone I want (64gb+ Gold) in stock and that my order will get here sooner than other sizes/color... Hard to believe at this time, but we'll see. She was not very helpful... I think she was reading from a script, she was not a very good reader;).

Edit: Forgot to say, she also said a member from ERT would be contacting me every 72 hours until I get my phone.

A plane just landed 11 minutes ago, and 5 more are landing in a few hours. Maybe more people will get charged as they process the phones.

I think people were charged late into the afternoon yesterday, but of course it appears to be dependent on the models that came in the day before. (and I think there were a couple of days with very little movement before, so yesterday might've been a busier/bigger day than usual)

I am not hoping for mine to ship anytime near. I ordered on 16th anyway. But i hope people who ordered before to get their phones ASAP so that they can ship mine.:confused:

I also ordered the "Unicorn" Iphone 6+ 64gb SG.... 9/12, received 9/22-9/30 text and all...

I'm growing really impatient because I'm refreshing my bank account and see no charges.

Nice to hear. Maybe the unicorn is finally start to come out of hiding.
 
Has anyone who had a label generated overnight (last night) seen any movement, and has your TMO order status changed?
