T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Well I'm almost done with my last overnight shift. (2 weeks of this I'm so done ) just checked my ups and schedule delivery date is today. So I'm getting home falling asleep and my phone should get to me by the time I wake up if not before. I'm excited.
 
Yet another day. No update. No email. No text. No call from exec rep. Still backordered. Still disappointed. I just want a phone and Tmobile is making this experience a dreadful one.

system error

i got a call from the executive office; they refunded me almost 200 ... so i'm thankful.

i haven't gotten any text msgs from t-mobile, site still says backordered but i've got this ...

Oh wow!!!! Christmas time in September.. I received the text from T-Mobile that my router was scheduled to be delivered today. No other text were received. For S... and Giggles, I checked UPS reference tracking and WOW!!! UPS label was created and on the truck for delivery today as well. The router and iPhone should arrive today. The first tracking label that is "out for delivery" weighs 3.5 lbs..( I think this is the router,) and the second tracking label that is "Out for Delivery" weighs 1.20 lbs.( I think this is my device).😀😀😀😀

I checked my T-Mobile account "orders" section. The router says "shipped" and now my iPhone changed from back order to "shipped".. I am so excited, yet positive that all here will receive their devices soon. There has been a lot of movement the past two days, and feel a lot of your devices are on their way...

I plan to hang out here and watch the excitement as other people get their devices. Good luck to everyone..🙂🙂

PS. I still have yet to receive any text from T-Mobile concerning my device, nor a UPS "My Choice" text for for router or device....Maybe things are still out of synch with updates. Keep trying the UPS "Track by Reference"...
 
Good morning everyone. For those who haven't received their phone yet. When you go on the website to check your order status, does it say it's unavailable?
 
Unfortunately since I added a new line I can't see the progress of my order because a number has not been assigned to my account for the phone that was ordered.... So weird I guess I'm the blind but that's why I was getting the error when I signed to my T-Mobile account under alerts to check order
 
My phone arrives today, MyUPS is finally doing its job lol.. I don't know how I'll be able to focus during classes today, knowing that some UPS truck out there is driving around with my phone!

Same here! Good thing is I have no college classes today, yay!
 
Robolady gave me a tracking number last night. Got an e-mail early in the morning from T-Mobile. Phone is on the truck for delivery today!

So, charged in the morning yesterday and delivery today.

Thanks T-Mobile for finally coming through!
