I got a tracking number!!

I do have a tracking number. When I tracked by reference on UPS site, I was putting the dashes in my phone number. Just checked without the dashes and got my tracking number.

No origin scan, though! I guess its still at the Tmobile warehouse. :):):)
 
Well, my regular 6 Gold 128GB shipped yesterday by UPS next day air and is in my metro area as of this morning!!! Does UPS require signature for next day air?
 
T-Mobile seriously could not have screwed up my Pre-Order more than anyone elses.. Holy cow.. Here is a recap from start/finish...

1. I preorder both my lines on Friday (9/12; iPhone 6 SG 16GB/iPhone 6+ SG 16GB) and have issues everyone else has.. Finally get them BOTH to go through.. Sign EIP's and use Jump on both lines..

2. Come Tuesday (9/16) I call and get an update.. Was informed BOTH orders were cancelled because my EIP's got hung up in their system and they didn't process the paperwork in time... Also, one preorder phone (iPhone 6+) doesn't match up on their end with what phone I actually ordered!

3. Come Wednesday (9/17) I get a hold of someone with the Executive Team and they (A) Verify the two orders are cancelled (B) Reorder me my phones and PROMISE me I will get my phones within the next two weeks.

4. Come Thursday (9/18) I get a notification that the phone for one of the "Cancelled" orders (iPhone 6) have shipped (WHA?!?!?!). Call up the Executive Team Member and she informs me she has no idea what is going on (YAY!) and that if it's the right phone, to keep it and she'll work to get my account to reflect it.

5. Come Tuesday (9/23) We get another notification that the phone that the Executive Team member ordered has shipped to replace the iPhone 6 SG 16GB (DAMMIT!). Call her up again.. She says if you want.. Accept the shipment and use the phone (at this point I went to my local Apple Store and decided I would probably rather have the iPhone 6 instead of the 6+.. She told me there would be no problem with this and will reflect my account as such once I fully decide).

6. Come Friday (Today;9/26) I get ANOTHER notification that the order for the other "Cancelled" line (This is the one where the phone ordered doesn't match the one I wanted) HAS NOW SHIPPED!!!! (WHAT?!?!?!) So, now I am going to be in posession of THREE iPhone 6's (With one that MIGHT or MIGHT NOT be a 6+...)

And after all this.. The order the Executive Member placed for me for a iPhone 6+ hasn't shipped yet..

I seriously don't think T-Mobile could have screwed this preorder for me more than what they did.. This is ridiculous.... BUT they are taking care of me (and luckily I'm a pretty laid back guy) but I think I'm going to ask for more credit on my account after this.. Free year of service anyone? lol..
 
Hey guys im new to you guys but I've been reading this forum page like a hawk. Feels like we would get along in a conference room or something but im gonna give a run down of my experience.
Pre-ordered: 9/12 about 4PM told it was a jump supposed to be a jump upgrade but it turns out it was just a regular upgrade. i ordered the 16gb GOLD iphone 6+

I had no activity between the 12 and the 25. All i recieved was the 1-2 day text for my information that never came. The only thing that gave me hope was this forum and everybody else getting their phones. I called customer service so much to the point where they noticed i called to often.
Charged yesterday at about 1PM for my phone with a small home-town bank.
My shipping information came at 3:08 lastnight(8/26) and is set to deliver today.

Im happy but sceptical because UPS lost my router that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it apparently is in limbo somewhere???

I hope you get it soon! It's been so frustrating but I'm glad they've been making an effort. It sounds like the other carriers are not responding much at all to complaints.
 
system error

i got a call from the executive office; they refunded me almost 200 ... so i'm thankful.

i haven't gotten any text msgs from t-mobile, site still says backordered but i've got this ...

Mine was like this all yesterday, and I was charged on Wednesday. The phone finally started moving last night and is out for delivery now (YAY!). So, I'm not sure if they're doing Saturday deliveries this weekend like they did last weekend. If not, worse case scenario is that you'll get the phone on Monday.
 
I hope you get it soon! It's been so frustrating but I'm glad they've been making an effort. It sounds like the other carriers are not responding much at all to complaints.

I'm actually very happy with the iPhone 6 (over the 6+ I think).. But the Exec. Member told me to wait for the 6+ to try and then send back the one I don't want.. She has been completely accommodating to me and my wife.
 
Hope you all are getting tracking or updates! My 6+ came yesterday, and its as huge as they said. I love it. The screen is incredible, and it runs lightning fast.
 
Me too.... I do have an expected delivery of today, though if that means anything :|

UPS estimates delivery date of today because the package is supposed to ship next day. But, if T-Mobile messed up and generated the label but hasn't sent the phone to UPS yet, you may not get it today and UPS will update the delivery date later on today. This happened to me yesterday and I was so hopeful that it was just one of those screw-ups where UPS site wasn't updating during the day and I would still get it yesterday.

I managed to be able to work from home today just so that I can wait for my phone to get here, although it's not scheduled to be delivered until some time between 1 and 5. It's ok, I do actually have work to do, so I'll be plenty busy until then. If I can just stay off this forum lol
