They didn't provide a @&$!ing SIM remover tool! Lol seriously they didn't, but she's got a preloaded sim assuming your using it on the line you bought it with (I didn't lol)

You got lucky I originally ordered on 9/12 and my
Order "charged" 9/18 and my bank denied the charge making my nightmare start so I had to reorder the same day and now I'm still waiting. I ordered twice once on the 9/18 and once on 9/23 to make sure none of the orders get changed or cancelled but $200 refund doesn't sound bad at all lol.
So ups incorrectly sorted my package and now I'm not getting it until monday....can I call ups and complain or something and see if they can Saturday deliver it?
Do you have an origin scan? Or just the label being created? Until you get an origin scan it is still on tmobiles side of the fence.
Me. I was charged yesterday around noon. No movement or anything on my end as well.

I only have a label for my phone but my router left Louisville at 4am EDT and it was out for delivery at 7:53am. Does this mean I will get 2 UPS deliveries today? Hmmm
For those searching for information after being charged, for me it went down like this:
--Charged with no notification from T-Mobile yesterday at 11am, just appeared on my account.
--Robolady at 800-672-5390 had my UPS Tracking Number before anything showed up from T-Mobile. I got the number last night at 9pm, but it wasn't found in the UPS system as of 12am.
--This morning at 2:39am, I got the e-mail from T-Mobile. At 6am, the tracking number was active and the phone was already in Houston set for delivery today. Arrived in Louisville yesterday morning at 5am and departed Louisville at 2am this morning.
So, for me, I couldn't trace it until it left Louisville. Hope that helps someone.

I am in the same situation. Charged yesterday, but no label on UPS, Tmobile online still says backordered. So frustrating!

I think they did the same to me. It left my city last night and went to another city about an hour away. I wonder if I can go pick it up. Any ideas?

A found my label by using track by reference and entering in my phone number but no origin scan - looks like my phone hasn't left tmobile's warehouse
I just realized that my text was for the router but after getting it I went to the UPS site and since it was already waiting with my phone reference number 
I hit track and it came up. The origin scan was at 4am and I got the text at 6am for the router so I guess the notification is a couple hours behind.
