Amazing. I should win the Most Messed Up Award
Let me give an idea of how erractic T-Mobile's Order Status and entire system is:
Here is some statistics from my order.
Ordered 09/19/14 11:28 am PST
Two iPhone 6+, 64GB, Gold, Jump option selected
One iPhone 5S, 16GB, Gold, Jump option selected
One access line for an iPad Mini w/ Retina
This should be 4 new lines under the Family Plan for $100
I'll port over numbers after the account is set up.
I placed the order online. At the end, it tells me that I have to call.
The man said that the order didn't populate all of the information needed.
He took my information. He set it up for the 4 line family for $100/mo.
Well, I signed the EIP agreement and was emailed the receipt.
The receipt showed a Family plan with 3 lines, and another addon iPad for $20. My total monthly was showing 3 lines at 3GB data each, and the iPad linne at 3GB.
It should have been 3 phone at 2.5 GB each, and the iPad as the 4th at 2.5 GB.
With the right plan, it was going to be $215.41/mo + taxes of about $5/line.
The receipt showed $235.41 + taxes.
I called, and they said they couldn't change the order, didn't know what happened and why the system changed my order, and that after the account was set up (when I have the phones in hand) it will be an easy change to get me in the right plan.
Now, in the email receipt, and in the Order Status link:

It shows all of the wrong info for the 4 lines.
This order is for 2 iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold, 1 iPhone 5S 16GB Gold, and 1 Nano Sim card for iPad.
The 3 Phones have Jump added to the order, and each has a Sim card.
Total due and paid by Amex on 9/19 was $406 with taxes.
Now here's where it gets even more odd.
9/19 Amex charge T-Mobile $406 Pending (I was told later by T-Mobile that this was a hold)
9/23 Amex charge T-Mobile $323.22 (The $406 Pending Charge disappeared)
9/23 Amex charge T-Mobile $39.86 ( The $323.22 + $39.86 only equals $363.08 Not $406
Order status shows Shipping Method Standard 2-4 Business days 9/26-9/30 Order Status: Being Processed
If I call the number at the top of my order status it says Order Being Processed and will receive 9/25
9/25 Order Status Shipping Method Standard 2-4 Business days changed to 9/29-10/1 Calling still says will receive 9/25
9/26 Amex charge appears T-Mobile $10.73 (#23.22 + $39.86 + $10.73 = $373.81 Still Not $406) Standard Shipping 2-4 Business days changed to 9/30-10/2
Calling Robo lady says expected delivery by 9/25. It's now 9/26. No Tracking number and order still shows Being Processed.
I'm not even going to ask for a REAL Rep at this point. Everything is so messed up, it would take a Rocket Scientist to figure it out. And I know I won't get one of those on the phone at ANY level.
