I've been charged. Ordered on the 12th. Got charged yesterday and got my tracking number/delivery notification today.

I'm venting on all the errors Tmo has made and-- I can't cancel my order!
I found one in stock at the store I ordered from, so I rushed over there but it will take 2-3 days to cancel your orig order and you can't do instore tradein cause it's attached to the first order that takes 2-3 days to cancel.
So I called to cancel my 1st order, and got a cancel #. Went to another store today and they said my order can not be cancelled since it's pending! I called Tmo back today and was told it wasn't cancelled correctly yesterday, and they can not guarantee it will be cancelled, but I can refuse shipment, (says backordered).
So now I'm in limbo, can't do instore trade if I find a 6 instore, don't know if or when orig order will cancel or ship. Besides other jump and tradein errors, what else can they do wrong?
ps- now I see my cc was charged late yesterday but no change on Tmo site, does that mean it will ship soon?
I think they did the same to me. It left my city last night and went to another city about an hour away. I wonder if I can go pick it up. Any ideas?

Yes. Was charged on 9/23, label was created on 9/24 @ appx 4am, and I have yet to see an update despite it being scheduled for delivery yesterday.
I am also a 9/12 pre-order guy (6+ SG 64gb).
Just had a lengthy call from my ERT. The development team found the error as to why my order isn't visible on my t-mobile site. The team said they could fix my visibility but it would put me to the back of the line so the ERT told them not to do it.
Then she called me, told me the scenario, said two big shipments are coming in and I should see my phone next week, by the 30th or else by Oct 2nd. So I'll never see any updates on the website. I'll just keep checking UPS, I guess.
Oh, and Apple have had only 9 complaints about the 6+ bending. They are offering to replace the phone under warranty if you bring it to an Apple store.

I almost wish they didn't print up a label. It got my hopes up, and I am constantly checking to see if it was delivered as I am not at my house.
