I'm venting on all the errors Tmo has made and-- I can't cancel my order!
I found one in stock at the store I ordered from, so I rushed over there but it will take 2-3 days to cancel your orig order and you can't do instore tradein cause it's attached to the first order that takes 2-3 days to cancel.
So I called to cancel my 1st order, and got a cancel #. Went to another store today and they said my order can not be cancelled since it's pending! I called Tmo back today and was told it wasn't cancelled correctly yesterday, and they can not guarantee it will be cancelled, but I can refuse shipment, (says backordered).
So now I'm in limbo, can't do instore trade if I find a 6 instore, don't know if or when orig order will cancel or ship. Besides other jump and tradein errors, what else can they do wrong?
ps- now I see my cc was charged late yesterday but no change on Tmo site, does that mean it will ship soon?

Call them - scream and yell like I did - they let me cancel.
 
Words cannot express my frustration with stupid right now.

We use a post office box for everything - they tauted their new ability to accept your UPS and FedEx packages for you and blah blah blah. So we trusted them.

Except, today they said they don't have enough man power to actually perform that task - and they will not put any packages out that arrive after 9am.

Not that they TELL you these things.... and there were two packages that needed to be dealt with TODAY.

My router being one of them.

The supervisor even told me, "You aren't paying enough for me to get packages out to you the same day."

WTF????

SO, they will be fired. Now my router is hostage until tomorrow... when I work all weekend and cannot do something I really needed set up tonight on it. Along with a package with a check that needed to be deposited.

I"ve been gone all day - hope everyone got their phones!!!

I was amused for a moment while at the Apple store today - guy wanting to know where the other apple stores were so he could go buy a phone today. He was in shock when the guy told him all 3 were sold out.

(Orlando apple stores are full of foreign tourists spending a TON of money daily. This guy fit the bill... I saw someone buying 2 iPhone 6's, 2 5s', 1 iPad air, 1 mini, 2 cases for each of them... and convincing the guy they didn't need them activated (they were not scalpers - it was a family)). That was just in my 10 minutes at that one table!!)
 
Well I thought I was going to get a delivery today. Ups is still showing label created. Sigh, then I recently got a call from my exec saying my phone model is still on backorder. Like wtf!?
 
Just had a lengthy call from my ERT. The development team found the error as to why my order isn't visible on my t-mobile site. The team said they could fix my visibility but it would put me to the back of the line so the ERT told them not to do it.

Then she called me, told me the scenario, said two big shipments are coming in and I should see my phone next week, by the 30th or else by Oct 2nd. So I'll never see any updates on the website. I'll just keep checking UPS, I guess. :cool:

Oh, and Apple have had only 9 complaints about the 6+ bending. They are offering to replace the phone under warranty if you bring it to an Apple store.
 
just got a text from t-mobile stating my phone has shipped and checked the website and it finally says shipped as well (instead of backordered). Although UPS is still just reflecting a label created. So I don't know if that means it actually shipped, or the T-mobile systems are just getting caught up...and my phone is still maybe or maybe not with UPS.

Still...progress. I like it. Don't give up everyone who is still waiting!!!! I'm a 12er...I didn't have much hope left on Wednesday and finally got the charge yesterday and tracking this morning.

and UPS just went on by :( although he went by 3 times the other day. I'm figuring Mon or Tues anyway. Here's to hoping :D

Yes. Was charged on 9/23, label was created on 9/24 @ appx 4am, and I have yet to see an update despite it being scheduled for delivery yesterday.

I am also a 9/12 pre-order guy (6+ SG 64gb).

Thats actually pretty encouring if thats the case. Ordered 9/20 2:30pm 6+SG 64GB as well.

I know its going to be a good wait for it cause of the day it was ordered and the fact that its the unicorn but if it comes in the first week of Oct. ill be happy.
 
I almost wish they didn't print up a label. It got my hopes up, and I am constantly checking to see if it was delivered as I am not at my house.

lol, exactly. It makes me paranoid that there's something wrong with the order when other seem to do the charge/label/ship dance in ~24hrs. It's like we lost enough momentum to jump over the gap.
 
On my call just now to T-Nobelieve the csr said the iPhone 6+ is being recalled by Apple...typical..
My order is for the 6 reg. you never know what they will say...:eek:
not trying to add drama, that's just what she said to me... sounds cra-cra to me.
