Got My Phone!!!

Just received my phone, the waiting is now over, well still waiting for my router to be shipped but that can take as long as it wants. :D:cool:
 
That is better than nothing. Exec guy called me yesterday to say my phone was in ready to ship status and I can expect it today. If it didn't ship out today because there was no phone to ship, what is up with that?

Exec called me again and the lady wanted me to collect order numbers of everyone who got there phones before people on the 12th. And I responded with "uhm are you sure? Because that will be a really long list...."
 
So I got charged yesterday, around noon, and I still haven't received anything from tmobile/ups. I got a text saying my ROUTER shipped w/ a tracking number, got my hopes up, checked it and it was 3.5 lbs. How disappointing. But is this normal? Can I expect a monday delivery?
 
UPS about that tracking number with delivery set to today but no tracking::

Lynn D.: Our records indicate that UPS received electronic billing information for this tracking number from the shipper on 09/25/14. However, our tracking system does not show that this package was physically picked up from the shipper's location.


Lynn D.: I would recommend for you to check with the shipper. If it is confirmed that the package was picked up and the scheduled delivery date for this shipment has now passed, please contact your shipper directly.
Unfortunately, I do not see that this package was for a Saturday delivery.



Yeah so definitely not today, not tomorrow, --only can look to monday or tuesday at this point.

Ha ha that is the best thing ever. So I just wandered into a T-Mobile store on my lunch break (after a beer) and decided I would ask them about my phone and try to score one of these routers. Of course they were like "We know as much as you do. Your order is waiting to be fulfilled. As soon as they get your phone it will be shipped to you. A lot of customers are in limbo just like you." They made me pay the $25.00 deposit for the router and $6.99 for shipping. BTW if you want to get the router, make sure you tell them that you get NO signal in part of your house - otherwise they will try to stick you with the booster.

You had to pay for shipping? I paid the deposit, but nothing for shipping. That's the first I heard of that.
 
Got a call from an actual ERT member and not a CSR. They said that most likely my phone will be here on Tuesday and not this week :(

He said that they will be following up with me every 72 hours until I receive it. I mentioned that it seems like the configuration I chose seems to be very popular. He said that ALL of the calls he is making today are to people with the 6+ 64GB Space Grey.

Well, it would have been nice to have it today or tomorrow but he confirmed that, while there is a small possibility of getting it tomorrow, in all likeliness it will be next week as they don't cover Saturday delivery.

Will keep you all updated.

They still won't admit to it huh? Well, unless every person on this entire thread who got a 64gb SG+ already is a troll, that's a lot of people.

that's pretty much what I got today - you're order is progressing, but it's still backordered, but UPS may have it on their truck. Does the left side of your mouth know what the right side is saying????

I appreciate that they're reaching out over the phone and making the effort...and that I'm finally seeing SOMETHING...but lawd! Their multiple systems are not set up to deal with this. Hopefully they reevaluate their logistics and work on better information/training for their call centers. again yada yada yada. I sound like a broken record :p.

I'm a little more hopeful I'll have a phone by next week, maybe early...:rolleyes:
 
I just received the shipping text and my tmobile status changed as well. At least I know it's on its way, but I relly wanted to play with the phone this weekend

part of the "9/22-9/30" crew.
Spoke with Execs and they assured me my order would be fulfilled by the 30th... Yet I have NOT been charged yet or received shipping info. NOTHING.

I have no idea what's going on or if I will even get my unicorn.. Has anyone in my same situation received any notice?

I think it's a safe bet to assume that if you got notified of shipping that you already have a phone assigned :)

I would give it until the 30th.. if you don't have your device, raise hell on the 1st.

Sounds about right. The 6+ 64GB SG unicorn phone is hiding in the forest somewhere. I haven't seen it in the wild (out in public) anywhere, and it doesn't seem like many people on here have actually gotten one. At this point it's not a T-Mobile issue as much as it is an "Apple didn't make enough phones in that configuration" issue.
 
I received a text message from T-Mobile at 7:00AM that my iPhone 6+ has shipped with a tracking number.

Plugged the tracking # into UPS - Shows delivery for today. (Before 3PM)

Hopefully this is true since it would be nice to return my iPhone 6+ that I purchased full retail at the Apple store.

One question I had is that I ordered the 16GB and I believe I made an incorrect decision on the storage space - Would it be best to receive the phone and then call T-Mobile to change my order? Obviously I would assume I return it and then wait in the back of the line..

This is a great suggestion. I don't plan on opening the phone so this will work out well.

A lot of the 64gb SG+ have been skipped over the past couple days. I think one or 2 got shipping labels 2 days ago but nothing has been sent out.

I'm venting on all the errors Tmo has made and-- I can't cancel my order!
I found one in stock at the store I ordered from, so I rushed over there but it will take 2-3 days to cancel your orig order and you can't do instore tradein cause it's attached to the first order that takes 2-3 days to cancel.
So I called to cancel my 1st order, and got a cancel #. Went to another store today and they said my order can not be cancelled since it's pending! I called Tmo back today and was told it wasn't cancelled correctly yesterday, and they can not guarantee it will be cancelled, but I can refuse shipment, (says backordered).
So now I'm in limbo, can't do instore trade if I find a 6 instore, don't know if or when orig order will cancel or ship. Besides other jump and tradein errors, what else can they do wrong?
ps- now I see my cc was charged late yesterday but no change on Tmo site, does that mean it will ship soon?
I guess I should have waited one more day, just worried about mailinging in my tradein for credit, more chance for screwups and I wanted to buy the one in store, oh well, be patient. my cancellation probably f..ed it all up more..

When you ask for credit, you look greedy. I only got credit because they screwed up my order and it got canceled. I didn't ask because it's not all T-Mobile's fault.

Ditto...mine got canceled they gave me $200 plus free shipping
