Ok after throwing a hissy-fit, they finally got me through to someone who was able to cancel my order.

I'm just about through with them too, especially since I have a well-communicated (early!) Apple Store order coming in for sure next week.

(Except that my ERT rep said my order was beyond the stage where it could be canceled, except another ERT rep told me 6w.)

Only if you buy it from the Apple Store "device only" (VZW/ATT/TMO).

I am not positive but I think Target only sells iPhones with 2 year contracts

Some people (like me) did attempt to seal themselves a phone on the 12'th but got screwed over and stuck in the back of the line. So it makes sense that some of us are pushing for our orders to ship soon. Just because somebody ordered on the 12th doesn't mean they own the board, let's stop this.

Yes, so you did preorder and they're working with you to get you your phone. You're saying you wouldn't have a problem if someone ordered today and was upset it wasn't coming sooner than the 3-4 week wait they were told when they ordered the phone? Or if they ordered the same phone as you a week later and got it well before you?

I hope and pray for T-Mobile's sake that I get my device on or before the 30th. There's no reason why I they would send both a text and an email stating that I will be getting my device within that timeframe and have it not happen. I was also ensured by the CSRs I've spoken to that it is accurate. If I don't, they'll have a lot of explaining to do.

Me too but nothing has changed on the UPS site. UPS guy just delivered my router so I doubt he will be back with a phone today.

Hey guys (and gals), got my iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Silver yesterday from T-Mobile.

I had ordered using JUMP at noon Pacific on 9/12.

I got the 9/22-9/30 text but no other communication despite multiple attempts to contact T-Mobile's executives via twitter and email.

So what I'm saying is there's still hope!

As for the phone, I love this thing!!

Nope. Still says "Backordered." Haven't gotten a text from them since the "Your iPhone order is important and prioritized." one on 9/19.

The only signs of life on my order are the charge and the label.

My solid Apple Store order (definitely only ordering form them next time) is coming directly from China...

That is better than nothing. Exec guy called me yesterday to say my phone was in ready to ship status and I can expect it today. If it didn't ship out today because there was no phone to ship, what is up with that?
