I sent an email to the Exec Team (Again) and I filled a BBB case. Why? They charged me for my phone, but state that it is backordered. Since T-Mo website states you will be charged when the item is shipped, and they didn't ship, I filed a claim. I also added the fact that I pre-ordered 9/12, yet the stores and other customers have the phones, and even with my JUMP priority, I still don't. I am an Android user and was so super duper OMG gotta go over to the Apple side......now that excitement is winding down :(
 
Have you contacted UPS and T-Mobile? I would inmediately

UPS never received my package. T-Mobile reps are clueless. They are speculating that they were promised the phone by Apple, so they printed out a label, but Apple ended up not fulfilling the order so they put it on backorder. They don't show a record of a label and I don't blame the reps as they don't have all the information.

This is my 9th year with T-Mobile, and I have stuck with them through everything, including the years that they had a non-existent CS department. I've had things added to my account from T-Mobile stores that I have never been to, and been double-charged on text plans before. At this point, I don't care about the plans for an "UnCarrier". The level of incompetence shown by varying levels of customer service throughout this process has been absurd.

The grass is not always greener with another phone carrier, but it will be new. A fresh start seems likely for me. If I do receive the phone, it will be returned. My Note 2 works just fine right now.

Here's an update so my phone has been shipped and I recieved a tracking update with an estimated delivery of 10/02. I ordered on the 12th and recieved a message about receiving by the 30th. If I don't recieve my phone by 9/30 shouldn't I be compensated?

WTF Letter!

Called Tmo this morning about a letter I received yesterday from "Financial Care" saying that my "T-Mobile is unable to approve your application for the service you requested." I never order service. I ordered two phones a SG6 and SG6+ both 64gb on the 14th. My wife received her SG6 on Sat the 20th. My phone has been showing as backordered with a label made on the 19th. I am concerned that my SG^+ order was cancelled. Nancy at Tmo assured me that the order was fine, just waiting on the phone to arrive from Apple. She said that I should ignore the letter.

The letter doesn't even make sense. It says that the info that was provided did not score sufficiently for the following reasons:

"% of revolving trades never reported delinquent or derogatory"
"% of installment trades never reported delinquent or derogatory"

Then goes on to say that credit scores range from 1 to 1000, and my score was 975.

No wonder I was denied!!

I am more confused than ever. I have been with Tmo for only 1 year and have been happy with their coverage an uncarrier moves. However, we have had billing issues since day one. Nancy also told me that my employer discount had lapsed and I hadn't renewed it, even though I did the online renewal when they sent me an email to. Crazy.
 
good morning. Here are a couple of pictures of the phone. I'm not a good photographer, so take it as you will, lol! My 9 year old and i have been playing with the phone all morning, and i love it!

I haven't been thru the thread to catch up yet, but will do it later today. Have a busy saturday. Hopefully, more charges will come through so that more of you can get your phones soon.

Ordered on the 14th, still backordered as of the 15th. No CC Charge. Got 22-30 texts. Still waiting for my Unicorn phone.
 
I'm basically scratching my head before my delivery of my iPhone 6 plus (received on Thursday sep 25th space gray) my card was charged, I check today and the money was deposited back anyone else like this

Being processed means your order hasn't processed yet.

After processing you'll most likely receive a "Backordered" until your device arrives.

I think there are people who got charged last week with the same phone, but then were still on backorder....I would think the next shipment of 64gb SG+ phones would include yours but I don't think anyone knows when that will be.

CSR says that they cancelled all employer discounts, and you had to renew. So they still offer them, just reset everyone.
 
6+ 64GB SG. (9/12 pre-order)

Despite being charged on the 23rd, having a label printed on the 24th, with an estimated delivery date of the 25th...I have not had my tracking update. In fact, this is the only update I have received lately.

Sounds like it may have been just a pre-authorization charge that just dropped off after a couple of days. It's quite possible that T-Mobile will process the charge again sometime soon.

I know they don't do Saturday delivery but if the phone gets to the facility in my area, can I just go pick it up?

Just called my ups to try and get my phone. Even though it made it to my city last night/this morning back at 6am. Doesn't matter, they won't let me pick it up till scheduled deliver date- monday. Which only saves me like 4 hours since ups is generally early in my area. SO looks like all weekend waiting.

Really wish Tmo kept that Saturday delivery going.
