I can't even help but laugh at how much of a farce this has become. :D

Mine hasn't changed since 9/13 until now. It changed to "BackOrder 09/26/2014 at 11:42:10 PM"
 
Checking in, I ordered the 6 plus SG 64gb on the 13th and was finally charged on the 25th and received tracking info yesterday via ups website and just now got a text saying that it is shipped. Looks like I will get it on Monday finally!

Lol, sure tmobile -- sure you're shipping them in order.

Lucky, I ordered on the thirteenth as well and I haven't gotten anything. A ERT said he would call me back monday to update me on the status, so I am being hopeful I will get it at some point next week :/
 
Received confirmation that my phone has been delivered by UPS My Choice.

Best of luck to everyone else and I really do hope everyone who's been following this thread from the very beginning receive their phones in a timely fashion.

Stopped in at a T-Mo store and the worker said they haven't gotten any pluses at all.

In a way, that's good because it means they're going to orders.

There should be a way for them to push 12th orders through. Obviously they're getting unicorn phones since other people are getting them.
 
I know T-Mobile is probably being screwed by Apple, but Legere has tried to build a reputation of being an unconventional, outlaw CEO, with his uncarrier philosophy. If he really wants to be that, he needs to tell the truth, give us real updates, and call out Apple. Just tell us if they're only getting 1 6+ a day from Apple - tell us you expected more, or that you guys screwed up. Tell us our 9/12 orders were messed up, tell us you'll do something for us.

Tell us you'll allocate whatever meager stock you get in-store to us long-sufferers.

Don't tell us we're ALL prioritized. Don't tell us you're sending these out in the order they were received. Don't tell us "definitely by 9/30", "in 4 weeks", "in 6 weeks", "in 8 weeks", when you really have no idea. Apologize for charging our cards without having any product to ship.

i placed a new order today for an iPhone 6 Plus
but now the t-mobile website under order history says Canceled: EIP Auth Expired.
T-Mobile Status only has a pink checkmark
Robolady doesnt seem to find any order

Does that mean the order was completely canceled?

I have no answer. I;ve had this with other parts of my deal tho, no record, can not cancelled, cancel was done wrong, 'it's not showing up in the system...
 
Well the Exec Team pulled through! Although they don't know when I will get my "ordered" phones, they provided me a iPhone 6 to use until my shipment arrives! (they called a retail store and set it up, boom I got a 'temporary" iphone)

i did sign it on the tmobile website and i got the confirmation email
but when i placed the order there was an error with the system so i never saw an order number

i just called CS and they told me its canceled

They've been having problems with their payment system. I'd try placing your order again.

Nice, I wonder if they will do that for people if they fail to follow through on the date of 9/30
 
T-Mobile is going to have to make a public statement about this eventually. I'm waiting until the 30th to hear something from them until I lodge a formal complaint. This waiting game has been exhausting.
