Hoping to do the same with a unicorn 64/SG tomorrow too. Will pick up a verizon model if possible to maximize my pissed-off at tmobile options.

I hope you can find one. I went to target to try and snag an AT&T 6+ but you can't without contract. So I went to Apple just for the heck of it and they had ONE phone left haha. Good luck man!!
 
My order for the 6+ was finally canceled yesterday (two days after the request was put in), and I was able to place an order for the regular 6 SG 64GB. The 6+ is gorgeous, but I feel more comfortable with the 6. It has what I'm looking for in a phone, portability, practicality with one hand, etc. Hopefully I freed up a spot to speed it up for those others that are still waiting! :)

Overall, the order processing for the regular 6 was much quicker than for the 6+ when I did it on the 13th. Although, the order status for the 6 says backordered as well :( Hopefully it arrives soon! :apple:
 
Ordered on the 12th using Jump! Got the 6 Plus 64gb space gray. Haven't been charged and haven't had any update since the 9/22-30th text. If anyone has any higher up friends who can shed some light as to why I havent been updated or why everyone has been charged and shipped after me, do let me know, because when I get that call on Monday I will be ripping exec a new one, and having them redo my entire order. Don't care if they can't, they'll figure it out. -_- this entire thing has been ridiculous and my patience is running VERY thin.

I sent an email to the Exec Team (Again) and I filled a BBB case. Why? They charged me for my phone, but state that it is backordered. Since T-Mo website states you will be charged when the item is shipped, and they didn't ship, I filed a claim. I also added the fact that I pre-ordered 9/12, yet the stores and other customers have the phones, and even with my JUMP priority, I still don't. I am an Android user and was so super duper OMG gotta go over to the Apple side......now that excitement is winding down :(

I ventured out to the local Apple Store, and was about #15 in line at 6:30a (opens at 10a). They only had 2 plusses for the entire store, so I didn't get one :(

Back in line waiting for my shipment to freakin move, I guess.

Still charged, still stuck at label created. Still pissed that they've charged me since 9/24 but haven't actually shipped anything or sent me any sort of notification.

I am in the same boat as you. I googled more T-Mo exec's emails and sent an email with about 10 email addresses as well as filed a BBB complaint. I am going to forward my email to the news media. This really is a major bummer.

Keep in mind that people saw that happening on the first wave of shipments just before their device shipped. I'd say give it until the 30th

Lol, im planning to email monday or tuesday, I want to give it enough time since my last email and call to let them think I forgot about it or that I got the order lol, router has shipped but still waiting on phone haha

Since I'm assuming you're going to pay full price for the phone. Why don't you just go to the swap and buy what you want from there? The pluses are selling there for maybe 100-150 over retail. It sure beats waiting in line every day.

My charge is still there (amex) - maybe it's just a matter of time before it drops off. I sent off another round of notes to @tmobilehelp and Legere, asking specifically how/why they think it's okay to charge my card and not ship a phone. :mad:

You guys notice ups website has been updated and looks a lil different, but they dont have time to go pick up pkgs to deliver.....

I'd feel better buying directly from a store... dunno why. I usually also enjoy the group-anticipation/tracking experience, but this tmobile order has been the biggest cluster-f ever. Sprint used to top my crap-list for their crap service and billing, but tmobile is moving right on up.

If I wasnt on a limited income id do the same for buying direct from the apple store or bestbuy.
 
I noticed T-Mobile bank charge is no longer "On Hold". It's completely dropped off.

I think it's beyond the hold duration, and my bank automatically remove the hold.

Should I be concerned? Should I call T-Mobile and ask them to put a hold again?

I don't want to loose my queue.

I think there are people who got charged last week with the same phone, but then were still on backorder....I would think the next shipment of 64gb SG+ phones would include yours but I don't think anyone knows when that will be.

UPS never received my package. T-Mobile reps are clueless. They are speculating that they were promised the phone by Apple, so they printed out a label, but Apple ended up not fulfilling the order so they put it on backorder. They don't show a record of a label and I don't blame the reps as they don't have all the information.

This is my 9th year with T-Mobile, and I have stuck with them through everything, including the years that they had a non-existent CS department. I've had things added to my account from T-Mobile stores that I have never been to, and been double-charged on text plans before. At this point, I don't care about the plans for an "UnCarrier". The level of incompetence shown by varying levels of customer service throughout this process has been absurd.

The grass is not always greener with another phone carrier, but it will be new. A fresh start seems likely for me. If I do receive the phone, it will be returned. My Note 2 works just fine right now.

I call bull ****, I think that they know exactly what they are so they take your package sell it and tell you oh we never got it. "think about it"

It is possible, but tmobile is still responsible to get them to the customers, if they start noticing a major pattern in thefts though they will hold ups responsibile for replacing them and taking legal action against the ones thieving
 
Checking in, I ordered the 6 plus SG 64gb on the 13th and was finally charged on the 25th and received tracking info yesterday via ups website and just now got a text saying that it is shipped. Looks like I will get it on Monday finally!
