Can't speak for them, but I have the same order (space gray) and have the same date. I did online @ 751 PDT. I'm a JUMP! customer but JUMP! wasn't working at the time so I did a regular EIP upgrade.
I finally got through at 6:30AM on friday & was never given the option to get any other delivery method besides ground. I'm also wondering if it's put on standard ground because were guaranteed 9/19 deliveries.
So nice of T-Mobile to email me yesterday afternoon saying I can preorder now. Anyone else pre-register in vain?
Ha. Yes. I pre-registered for the pre-order. But I never got the email! Not even yesterday. #T-mobileFail

Does yours also not show anything other than pending shipment under the order updates? Alot have updated info. Mine hasnt changed since the order finished processing. I also no longer have the tmobile hold on my account. It only lasted for a day.
The thing I don't get. Is how is this process so ****ed up? Did tmobile plan to have preorders at 12:01, but there were errors? Did tmobile not order/request enough phones? Does tmobile even have their stock yet? Idgi?
I remember seeing a tweet by tmobilehelp that they would be shipped on the 18th. Therefore some might be delivered on the 19th.
Based on the picture on the homepage of this site, I dont think that they had their shipment in stock. Or maybe things just went completely haywire and they have loads of stock but just want to keep it quiet when everyones pre orders arrive launch day, so in the end everyone will be happy

Yes, here is mine. I had a pending charge for $0.00 on Friday and it was there through yesterday. It is now gone.

Exactly what mines shows, and I ordered super early, I bet if I would of paid for the stupid shipping that I didn't know about, I would of had a delivery date.

No shipping/delivery date for me either. Mine shows pending shipping 9/12/2014 at 4:50:02. Yeah doesn't make sense.

I'm not too worried about the pending charge going away yet. Those usually last 48 hours and if they don't charge the bank takes them off. I assume it was a pre-auth to validate that the card worked.

Thats just a preauthorization to verify the funds are there. Its supposed to drop off and then you'll be charged the day the phone ships out (which, sounds like Thursday as of right now for most.)
That sucks. Just realized my order time and "pending shipping" time are different. I ordered at 4:10 and got pending shipping 9 seconds after you did. If you know, what time did you actually order? And what phone?

Yep, thats the only thing it can be. I have a feeling that we may get some shipping updates wednesday or thursday of this week.
