The amount they've ordered wouldn't guarantee how many they'll receive unfortunately, but those details should have been made available to them earlier considering as they should have the inventory by now to begin processing orders and prepping them for shipment so they can get delivered on or around the 19th.

Reps say that they can see that my order was placed on Friday, but my order date in one of the trackers shows Saturday. What's happening?
 
I'm assuming based on everything I've seen here that I shouldn't expect my order to arrive on Friday. I opened a new account w/ T-Mobile over the website and completed my order at 8:01am PDT, and got my confirmation e-mail shortly after (not as easy as I make it sound, but it did work pretty well once I actually got through to the checkout).

Anyway, I believe I saw a message during the process that said it would ship/arrive by 9/19, but I've since called the customer service number provided on my confirmation, and it says my order is backordered.

I'm switching from Verizon back to T-Mobile after jumping around carriers the past few years, and I'm looking forward to being back on their network. The phones are essentially "free", since my girlfriend and I are out of contract on Verizon but obviously still paying the subsidized price. I really appreciate what John Legere has been doing to try and shake things up. Hopefully the phones arrive sooner than later, but even if they don't come this Friday I assume they'll be here next week.

Well I didn't sign the EIP until Saturday, thanks to people in store not telling me anything about it, but I talked to 2 CS reps who said that the date when I placed my order (Friday, 9/12), would be my spot in line.

At least yours says backordered... mine still says order placed. And I ordered on Friday at 8 AM.
 
Delivery date 9/22

Not sure where's I stand as far as receiving my 6+. Tried in store to order on Friday as we know jump was down, they manage to put it through Saturday at 3AM. Last night I was finally able to check my status by logging in to my tmo account it's states "back ordered" delivery date 9/22 ups. So confused
 
T-Mo's response regarding JUMP! prioritization, according to http://www.tmonews.com/2014/09/t-mos-response-to-customers-admirable-jump-priority-explained/ is:

“…we had material problems with our JUMP! Ordering subsystem that prevented them from registering their order. The impact on this cohort of customers was even greater and lasted significantly longer than any other type of customer such as yourself, a new customer etc.”

So, you pissed off one group of customer because of your own mistake, incompetence, or bad luck and the only way you could come up with to appease those impacted is by kicking the rest of your customers to the back of the line, pissing them off as well. I don't understand.

You SHOULD still be in line for ordering on Friday, as I don't think the time of signing the EIP determines when the order is placed.
 
Ordered on 9/12 at 8:52 and have yet to see a delivery date so I called up CS this morning and the rep told me actual delivery dates won't be given until Thursday since that's when they ship out all iPhones

ive talked to like 10 reps ans still no resolution

preordered iphone 6+ Friday about 10:58am

got the order received email and the order backordered the next day

my order still shows as processing and has not been charged for anything, not even the $1

tmobile reps say they are waiting to comfirm my eip signature (like waiting for me to respond through the email)

but I filled out the EIP sig during checkout process, and the tmobile email says here is a copy of your signed EIP agreement

any ideas?

You are wasting your time talking to CS reps, as you are finding out. Go into a T-Mobile store and have them straighten it out for you.

This was confirmed by multiple CS reps, but my tracking page says order placed on 9/13, and below that, purchased on 9/12.
 
I asked for expedited shipping and got the second level ($14.99). She didn't even offer the overnight option at $24.99

When I came to shipping, she advised me not to go with a faster shipping option, saying that the early pre-orders would be DELIVERED on 9/19 no matter which shipping option you choose. She said I should save the extra money and go with ground.

I was skeptical, but trusted her word.

Yeah--she told me if I did expedited shipping I should receive it on the 19th. I was annoyed yesterday with all of the talk about JUMP orders jumping over mine so I called CS and complained about spending money on expedited shipping if it really wasn't going to be expedited. The CS credited my account $15 so I am not out anything at this point. I appreciated the gesture, but still want the phone ASAP

I won't--I want the EIP for this phone and you can only do that through T-Mobile. I have considered going to my T-Mo store, but I doubt they will have much stock, especially in capacities higher than 16GB. So I guess I am going to need to be patient this week...
 
I only had money for the 16 GB plus, so could I get one from the t-mobile store and then cancel my preorder in store Friday morining

Well I order a iPhone 6 not the plus on Friday with jump so I am guessing by all the rumors I should get my phone sooner than most.
