I got a call from ERT today since this my first 72 hours since writing. He called to tell me that he was happy I got my phone (wife's phone early last week) but that he say another order that was on backorder. He said he would call and give me a status update on Friday and will continue to update me until we get a tracking number. Also he suggested that my order may be an error, in that if I didn't order that phone call back to CS team and put notes on my account to cancel and he would see that it was canceled... personally I didn't like the sound of that.
Still seems like I get more information reading between the lines of this thread then I get from any level at T-Mobile.
BTW I am 9/16 order, I understand that I am going to be waiting for a bit but at least Apple can give me a timeframe if I ordered through them.
