T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Mine was a jump order.

I emailed John Legere today. We'll see if that gives any traction.

Thing is I would gladly take a 128 or a silver unit. Just no gold or 16GB.

I emailed John Legere yesterday because my JUMP status was not right and when I placed my order on the 19th, it was a regular order. Even though I clicked through the JUMP links, it still wasn't JUMP. Since I didn't know and sat there waiting, a rep finally told me that it was a normal order and not JUMP, I had to cancel the order, have them fix my JUMP, then reorder. Which pretty much made me lose my place in the wait. Now I have an order number starting with "S". Very frustrating.

i ordered the 64gb space gray plus like everyone else. id gladly take a 128gb if it came faster but theres no way of arranging that.

I wouldn't say it's strict. I'm just insanely cheap. I wasn't planning on buying a macbook full price. I was going to just get one a year older from my school (employee discount+school discount+year old discount) takes off a good 550 on it, so I only would be spending about 600 or so dollars on it. Although I have my eye on the Lenovo Yogas. I'm currently using Windows 8.1 and love it.

cool, sounds like a good deal. just do whatever is best for your situation. if you do go with a windows 8.1 laptop you will get a free windows 9 upgrade and at the very least you still have an apple ios device with your sweet new iphone 6, oh and also a few hundred extra in your pocket.

ah the fabled unicorn I really hope something happens soon for you all cause it's absurd now. As for going for the 128 would be nice if they gave the option to people just to speed things up

Apple is releasing Iphone 6 and 6 plus in china on Oct 17th and pre orders start from Oct 10. If we dont get our phones before that we are screwed. UPS flights will be empty.

Hello John,


I made an order on T-Mobile two weekends ago on Saturday 9/19 and soon realized that I made a mistake. So, I called T-Mobile and cancelled the order. Sunday, I went to the T-mobile store in Tampa, and they got me squared away with a JUMP upgrade. A few nights after, I found that an order was shipped and was scheduled for delivery for LAST Wednesday...was so pumped. I went on to the Tmobile website, and they sent my first order and my 2nd order is still "backordered". I called T-mobile and they said I couldn't use this phone as my JUMP upgrade and that I had to refuse delivery! Grrrrr! So I got to look but not touch the iPhone 6 Plus's UPS box! Thats really NOT cool!

I'll take pics of mine and show you guys. Mine is an hp pavillion with 27" monitor. My Mac OS looks beautiful on it. It will only lower performance if you don't have enough RAM which is what matters here. I got 12 GB so it's soo smooth
 
Late Sunday night, the Taiyuan factory, with more than 79,000 workers, was roiled by violence . Foxconn said "a personal dispute between several employees escalated into an incident involving some 2,000 workers," leading Foxconn to suspend operations at the plant for a day. While Chinese authorities are investigating the cause of the riot, Foxconn said that it "appears not to have been work-related." Apple declined to comment on the riot.

I would suggest calling or going into a T-Mobile corporate store and telling them what you posted. They would be able to tell you what your options are and you can decide from there.

I don't know if it makes you feel better or worse, but all the carriers are having orders filling in order issues, based on the other preorder threads. I guess all the preorders messed up everyone's systems.

I just mean on the Verizon and att preorder threads that are stickied right under this one.

You're right though, I'm typing this on my new phone and I love it lol. Everything feels right in the world.
