I've been reading the thread since day one but just joined to let you guys know that I'm charged with my order details. So they're processing UNICORN orders today too. I'm pretty sure kohkane, disciple and other 12ers will be charged today because my order was towards the EOD after because of failures in morning/evening.

Email John last week and got $100 credit.

Still nothing here. Exec gave me a month free on top of the $100 from last week. Didnt even ask so can't complain.

I emailed Legere today for the first time, just because. Not expecting any movement but if they want to give me an account credit I'll take it...
 
Is there an email to get a call from a manager or exec of some kind it's for a question other then about my order which i can't seem to get a clear answer on and when i called customer service and they tried to help but weren't really understanding the situation, and never got pushed to a manager.
 
Now @tmobilehelp is ignoring me, lol...

Give them more time. They will reply. They pass our complaints to the ERT at least that's what they did with me. A member of the ERT called me this morning and gave me $200 credit towards my bill.
 
5 UPS planes are about to land in Alaska

I've never seen that many coming at once, usually they come 2 at a time

Hopefully these are a lot of phones

So far it's 5 planes scheduled to leave for Louisville in a couple hours

Maybe more flights will be added after these planes land in Alaska

But look where those planes are coming from:
2 Shanghai (Thats lind of far from the factory)
1 Taiwain (wrong country)
1 Hong Kong (Maybe)
1 Shenzhen (most likely)


I think 1-2 could actually contain iPhones.
 
Received what I hope is good news, but it occurred at a time that indicates how ERT does not have access to every bit of information and how they try to cover up for that ignorance, or that the system is still faulty....not sure.

Here's what happened.

While speaking with ERT for my 72 hour follow up, I received a text from my bank noting that the money for my Iphone was withdrawn. This occurred literally as ERT was telling me my phone had not been shipped, that she did not know when it would ship, but hoped it would occur in the next couple of days.

I informed her about the text. Her response was, "tmobile periodically places a hold on the funds to ensure they are still there, so this has probably happened a few times since you ordered your phone." I told her this had not ever happened. Besides I asked, weren't the funds only supposed to be taken out when the phone actually shipped per the EIP and various other emails?

She had no answer. Literally, she said nothing. She then went back to what she originally told me about not knowing when my phone would ship, hopefully next couple of days, and something about a warehouse.

I try not to shoot the messenger so I simply thanked her for the call and told her I would look forward to her next call on Thursday.

So, what ERT really knows is something I'm still in the dark about.

But I'm excited I was charged. I hope it actually means something! Because I still have no shipping label from UPS - looked on tracking and Mychoice - and my tmobile account still is pending/backordered.

*fingers crossed we all have movement today!
 
I finally saw someone with an iPhone 6+ yesterday. It's such a beautiful phone. Now if only I had one. I zipped past the Apple Store in San Francisco just out of curiosity and there are still people lined up outside. Ain't nobody got time for that.

My order is still "being processed". At this point I'm over this entire ordeal. A watched pot never boils. It'll get here when it gets here, I hope.

She may have been right - it happened to me.
 
I would cancel my order but it's a little too late seeing as how I've already bought so many accessories. If my phone isn't in my hands in the next 17 days Ill just get the Note 4 and be done with it. It's funny how I decided to buy the iPhone because I didn't want to wait for the Note 4. :confused:

Still waiting on the Unicorn to show some sign of life.
