Again I've only been charged a $1.00 while some people have been charged the full amount.. Hmm. I think ppl who ordered over the phone were charged 1.00 and maybe ppl who ordered online were charged the full amount?

I ordered over the phone but have not had any sort of charge.

I ordered over the phone (new customer) and I have a charge for the full amount pending on my card.

Afraid not. I ordered online and was charged $1 initially.

It should have only lasted for a day or so under temporary transactions. Mine showed up in a completely different section on my credit card website.

Ah maybe your right. I was looking at it from the chase app. I didn't really look for it deep in my account.

Yeah, but who knows im sure every bank handles and functions a little differently, but it wouldnt hurt to check if that could set your brain at ease for a few minutes.... anything is better than staring at the darn computer with my auto refresh on lol.

I ordered online new customer. I have no charge of any kind. Called tmobile 2 different times and both reps said I will get mine a week after launch. I'm having a hard time believing that though.

T mobile help on Twitter just told me that because I placed my other on Friday but didn't sign the EIP papers until Saturday (no one told me that I had to, first time customer), that my phone will ship with the Saturday group. Four t mobile CS reps have told me that my phone will ship with the Friday group. I don't know who to trust.

I've heard that your place in line is determined by order date, not EIP sign date. Your order only gets cancelled if you don't sign the EIP within 48 hours.

Nothing you can do but wait and see.

What I thought as well. One day is the difference between getting my phone on the 19th, and getting it on the 26. A week isn't a bad wait, but I ordered on Friday, so I should not have to wait at all.

I'm confused. I've been a T-Mobile prepaid customer for a while, and decided to get a plan with the iPhone 6 Plus. I don't have any credit, and thought I would give this a try. Looks like everything went by smoothly until I received an email from my bank saying there has been some unusual activity. I've been in Mexico since June, and just confirmed it was me. I did the electronic sign, and got an order number. I checked the status with a phone call, and it says that order number doesn't exist. I checked online, and I've been charged already. I haven't received an email though. Should I just wait since it's new to see if I receive an email with the order number?

Sounds strange to me. I'm just the opposite. I have a order number but no charge at all. I called tmobile and everything is fine. Might give them a call and see.

I got to the confirmation page, but it opened a window saying there was a problem with my card (due to unusual activity). I called T-Mobile, and they say order number doesn't exist. They also say it takes up to two hours for it to show up in the system. How can I check the status online if I'm new? I didn't want to transfer my number, and set it up as a new member.
