That should be good news for a majority of us btw forgot to mention. I placed my original order at 3:18am friday and I fell asleep and woke up for work at 8am. called customer care and found out no order was placed!!!!! FML

So i have to sucessfully place another one at 1:30 pm

Ok, this happened to me today. I got my JUMPgrade through on 9/12 at 9:07AM PST. Backordered on the 13th. As of today no charge, no nothing from TMo on the bank end.

I called to verify. The automated system said I had 3 (!) pending orders. Two beginning in 213, one in S000. The two 213 orders had been canceled because no EIP was signed (one was placed on the 11th, so I'm guessing system noise more than an actual order) and the third was processing. Transferred to a rep to confirm and things got murky.

First rep had no idea what she was doing, transferred me to a sales rep who was the wrong person for the job, but he got me to a mid-level US based rep who could see the canceled orders and that was it. After some investigation, she could see the trade in order, but no details. She escalated it twice, and the latter rep confirmed this.

Finally I got to a tier 3 rep who let me know yes, the S000 order was valid, but that NO ONE below her would understand or see it without logging into my account. Per her words, online orders are handled through the website, in store through in store, and phone through customer care. None of those overlap, hence if you ordered online, the CC rep MAY NOT see that order.

So make sure you pursue all courses before you simply reorder. It may not be visible to the rep but might also be there FWIW.

Also worth noting, the tier 3 rep informed me that all orders were first come first served and would ship on the 19th. Not that I necessarily believe her despite her being incredibly polite.

Had a 1 dollar preauthorization charge all weekend.

As of this morning I've paid the full amount.

I can't imagine they'd charge the full amount and not ship... soon.

From what I know, they don't charge until the ship, so this could be a sign.

I had a $0.00 charge for Friday/Saturday however I still have not had the full price of the phone charged on my credit card.
 
Welp! No help. I'm confident now no 19th delivery for me. Chat rep said 1-4 weeks. NO specific ETA. Will be lined up at Apple hoping to score one in store

Spoke to probably the most helpful person at tmobile. I purchased 2 iPhone 6's on the 12th. Because of system issues in store they weren't able to put my info in until 8pm that night. Transactions she said went through on both. Deliver date wouldn't update until the 19th on my upgrade which didn't process until 5am on the 13th. My 2nd phone which was on jump went even later then my upgrade and she said I would see my phone within the first initial set of phones. Most likely Monday for both

Arent the tmobile stores only carrying 16gb in stores like all other models.

I will def. keep you updated lol... Planning to line up late thursday night. I dont think it will be too too bad alot of smart people ordered from apple or AT&T or Verizon.
 
I'd thought I'd share...

So, I tried going and ordering my iPhone 6 and 6+ through the same small business rep that my company uses. Got him all of my information ahead of time and he said he would give me a call the morning the iPhone pre-order page was available. I took a "nap" and woke up at around 12:35am PST to find the T-Mobile website had no mention of an iPhone 6. AWESOME. Finally, after staying up till 1:10am and working the next day, I decided the best course of action would be to sleep and have business rep order the next morning.

Next morning, he still couldn't access the system, so finally I decided to try the website. BAM, iPhone 6 64gb and iPhone 6+ 64gb both in Space Grey ordered. That was at 10:14am PST Friday. My credit card was authorized (but not charged as far as I can tell) for the down payments plus tax. I am a new customer moving from AT&T to T-Mobile.

I've been told as recently as today that they expect orders (JUMP! or no) that were placed on Friday to ship to people as early as Thursday for delivery on Friday. Also, they said the iPhone 6+ supplies are extremely limited, but they should have enough stock to satisfy "most" Friday orders (assuming you got them in).

So, take that with a grain of salt, but there!

I did this for the 5s last year at an Apple Store. It was actually a fun experience.

Are they really only getting 16gb's? i was thinking on going early friday to a t mobile store here in my city, i was looking for 64gb's. I was just going to call and cancel my order if i found them.
