T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I've contacted them SO many times! Twice just today. All they're telling me is that the iPhone 6 Plus is on a 5-6 week backorder from the original purchase date and that I should get it by the end of the month. Complete garbage. I know they're wrong, but I would like to get some peace-of-mind here and have some idea on when I'll actually be receiving my phone

cc was charged yesterday, UPS My Choice says delivery today between 2:30-6:30. Hope it's legit!.

Robo lady is full of it fyi.... She claims that my order was shipped 9/30 and that it should arrive 10/1... TMO hasn't even sent UPS the phone so that's isn't possible.... I've been charged and only the lable is ready.... UPS says they are waiting on TMO.

iPhone 6 Plus 16gb in gold. I ordered with a rep on 9/13 over the phone. Smh I feel I'll never see my unicorn #

You do realize the order may be stalled right. If it's 9/12 and no reply or changes as of 10/1 it's extremely fishy. I would place a new order just to make sure

I'm hoping that things have returned to normal @tmo & ups with most of the preorders out of the way. But with tmo's trs-80 powered order system..I just keep having visions of a huge warehouse with phones and one person with a box of labels and a pen.

I'm excited... But in the back of my head, I just know it's not coming on time. Like yesterday, I had given up then I received updated info. I'll just "hope" for now Smh

I know mine isn't since I pre-ordered on the 12th and haven't even received a text or anything.

This is a replacemeant for my 9/12 being canceled...so don't complain

I understand. I didn't have any movement until yesterday. I was in your boat as far as no updates since I ordered and signed the EIP. So maybe soon you should see some activity!☺
